I cannot believe the police do this to an ordinary family man. £5000.00 is no way near enough damages. The police officers should be dismissed and jailed.
The government has made sure they only pay a small amount.Police are to be given lower awards against them by courts. The government has said if full damages are paid it would damage police reputation and cost the taxpayer to much

My grandfather was seeing the wife of a certain copper , he made our ( my ex and me ) life hell , ended up with losing our baby as she was traumatised by their conduct 😡 Nothing in the years since has changed how I feel about “officers “
Like the other day I had two 20 something year olds ring the door bell and I didn't know them and watched them on my door bell cam. They were swearing like sailors / laughing like orcs and looking up at my windows and the neighbours so I decided to not answer the door bell. I suspect that it was the estate agents who sent them and they were probably there to talk about 'doing the roof gutters' but why was I not notified about them turning up previously either by the landlord or the estate agents - that's because the landlord doesn't want to pay to have the roof gutters cleared and would rather have me pay and therefore send them direct to me to get me solely involved with the business of that with no email trail; so it was the landlord's way of offloading responsibility for sorting out the roof gutters to me. Hence why you do not answer the door to people you don't know, because it's never in your interests unless say, it's prearranged by mutual agreement.
I mean it's not like it would take very long to do that either they are just impatient. If I was doing my job and someone said you need to stop working and wait for someone to do a blood test I'd be like hell yes.

But when facing an American cop your life is in mortal danger from the moment they lay eyes upon you. Imagine how much worse it would have been for this man if they had pointed loaded firearms at him and his kids. they're not paramedics/nurses/doctors, they're not there to care about your health and safety. Even an adult with common sense knows about diabetees, but cops are trained psychopaths who only know how to abuse people. They're thugs and the video evidence proves it.
Of course they do. They're the type who follow orders without question believe themselves righteous and above everyone else. This is the type of person who worked in C camps, turned on the G and believed they were doing a good job
As the victim's father I want to thank Crimebodge for publicising this matter and analysing it in such detail to highlight the usual appalling police behaviour. I hope others will inderstand their rights and take necessary precautions to protect thenselves from the biggest organised crine gangs in the UK. Above all, make sure that you record the incident, we learned this from Crimebodge's earliest videos.
I do hope that your son got his transplant. As someone whose best friend needed a kidney transplant because of kidney damage caused by diabetes, I know how ill your son was when this arrest took place. The police's callous disregard for your son's medical condition was criminal. Not allowing him to check his insulin level was malicious and spiteful and could have endangered his life. The trauma his children were put through was unnecessary too. I am in my seventies and grew up respecting the police, believing they kept the public safe. Those days are long gone. I despair at the world our children are inheriting. A world were the people who masquerade as our protectors are actually our enemies. I wish you and your family nothing but the best ❤️
It's not a new low, wasn't the first time and it will only get worse. Remember that 5k pounds was paid from the taxpayers like you and me, like the man in the video. You think he didn't pay taxes? Cops don't pay taxes. If you give me 5 pounds and I give you 1 back, that doesn't mean "I gave you 1 pound". It means I stole 4 pounds from you. And I say "stole" because it's not like we got an option to not pay these thugs. If you had an option, would you still pay them?
But he DID NOT tell them they could come in or wonder into his children's bedroom and start talking to them. That infringement right there is worth a million on it's own imo!
I heard a copper in a clip on UA-cam I saw yesterday say that the offending of Wayne Couzens, an armed police officer who had a history of domestic abuse, who kidnapped, raped and murdered a young woman, was "an unfortunate situation"! Very unfortunate for her; a small inconvenience for the cops, I suppose.
I attended a voluntarily interview once, under the impression it was a mandatory requirement. As soon as they told me it as voluntary, I clarified that I was free to leave, and went on my way. Very happy it didn't turn out like this, as I definitely wouldn't have had the presence of mind to film or stay this calm.

Last summer my neighbor was robbed of a laptop, at knifepoint on his doorstep. They did something similar to a friend of mine a few weeks ago. Banged on her door and windows, tried the door handles at the rear of the property and failed to identify themselves at 4:30am. Obviously they jolted her out of a deep sleep and scared the heck out of her. For a few minutes she thought they were criminals trying to break in. It was only when they shone their flashlights along the edges of her curtains and heard the two-tone sound of a radio did she realise what they were. She later found it funny that she had just reached out to grab her phone off the bedside table to call 999 when she realised that they were the police. But that didn’t reassure her at all. Last time she interacted with them it was for a minor traffic violation over a year ago. Wisely she just stayed in bed and waited for them to introduce themselves and threaten to break down her door or leave. Mercifully they left. Another night they came just gone midnight about a week apart. She hid then too and they left.

The bigger problem is non of these officers will be disciplined, if the force they work for is fined that doesn’t affect the officers A fine is no deterrent, dismissal, demotions for the officers concerned Someone higher up the chain has okayed this operation, that person should be dismissed as soon as the force was found guilty of wrongful arrest But that would lead to the U.K.s unemployment figures rising by about 1 or 2%

2 years ago I was going through a messy divorce, my ex made an accusation of harassment to the police because I'd blown the horn outside the house when picking my son up. She said I'd been driving up and down the street blowing the horn 😆 anyway the police turned up at my house at 5am, 2 Van's 4 police officers, they threatened me with arrest and followed me into my bedroom while I got dressed. They then kept me in a cell until 4pm before releasing me without charge, or even interviewing me for that matter. My wife's best friend is a policewoman at the same station I was locked up in, not that I would ever think there could of been foul play afoot 😆🙄😆
My ex-wife phoned the police on me saying I was harassing her. I was arrested, taken into custody, attended court the next day and was about to be released on my own bail when the police objected claiming that I had threatened to kill my ex-wife. I did a month in jail and was only released a few days before Christmas as they wanted to lower the numbers in jail but I was put on house arrest from 7pm to 7am in the morning, ruining my birthday, Christmas and the New year and it wasnt lifted for 5 1/2 months. I was also told to make no contact with my ex. It concluded with me having to do 100 hours of community service. That's not all. The ex-wife's new boy friend began harassing me. I wrote to him and told him if he is that brave come and face me instead of sending his family members to damage my car. In the letter I told him that he and my wife were well matched. He showed it to my wife and on a Friday night, I was visited by the police and I invited them in thinking they were just doing a check to see if I was abiding by the curfew. It wasn't what they had called for, it was to arrest me because my ex had read the letter and she claimed she felt intimidated. I spent from Friday night to Tuesday (Monday was a Bank holiday) morning in police custody and was on hunger strike the whole time. I was let off with a conditional discharge. However, I was then sued by the boyfriend for £10,000 for harassment as he claimed that I was following him and parking on the road close to his home to watch him. Fortunately, my barrister talked to his barrister and showed him photographs and a letter I received from someone who was prepared to come to court because the boyfriend had told him that he made the story up about me harassing him...the only thing that went in my favour in this whole episode. The judge then made an order against the boyfriend not to harass me. Fortunately, he didn't get any money even though his barrister told mine before the judge's ruling that he would reduce the claim to £5000 if I settled out of court. What a joke and what injustice.

These cops are out of control and should be sacked with no pension imo.

Sue them!
Are you going to sue them?
There would be no Seat on the Ark for these petty bullies.
