@@zfloz9895 Today we have bought the engine - original for this car. It's 1.6 OHV originating from 1.3 and 1.5 Fiat engines from 1961 but this polish FSO variant was in production until 2003 with various modifications. This particular one is from around 2000 and has a multi point injection on a 40 years old design (at that time, now it's 60 hehe), why not ;-) After all most of V8 from US are still OHV, right? :D
Hello, I have one question: How did you seal the compressor gear gousing? Did you use some silicone sealant or is there a sealant ring that can be purchased?
I didn't use anything, for sealing it. The surfaces are very well machined, and they don't need anything,to be applied ore used between. Just tight it on spec, and that's it.
@@zfloz9895 Oh, I did not know that. Thanks a lot! May I ask what the torque specs for thise screws are? Is there a manual, or some paper by the manufacturer about that?
Thanks for advice . But în the USA, this is how they run their superchargers, for years and years. And I belive that in there, they have some experience, regarding superchargers on their cars. Anyway, the care have done already 13k km ,and still running great.

125-135ml If you hold it in his original position, as it is on the engine. And you add oil through the oil plug bolt, fill it up until it starts coming out through that whole. And that should be the oil level. After it starts coming out, put back the oil cap bolt. Good luck!
Engine will run lean ,and the lambda will report to the computer (ECM) ,and will enrich the mixture. It can be visible from a scan tool ,as you will ceck ,the short term and long term fuel trims.
@@Jojo51058 hi there, i have same problem in my car, c180 kompressor 2005, error 0171, does it mean that my kompressor has an air leak, what should i do about it???

Normally is good to ceck it around 20k miles. Because a oil ring could fail and to suck the oil iut, towards the intake. And that time, the kompressor gears will get damaged really fast. But if everything is ok,you should change the oil ,around 70k miles.
9:33 laughed really hard 🤣 nice tutorial
Very good video✅
So your best to remove the kompressor to do the job properly
Good to know

It's called a supercharger
You need to learn about the way the supercharger is put together and know the parts when doing video
