- Here is a look at the kits I picked up in November. Just a few this time and mostly local deals. I did get a few from eBay as I'm always looking on there. It's always fun to think about how you are going to build them.

Nice kit adds.
Thanks for sharing 😊
Thanks. Always looking for more!
Very nice stash adds. You have to be always looking. Thanks for sharing.
Thanks. Yes always looking for more and dreaming about what I would build with it!
Awesome stash adds!
Thanks!
Great stash adds! Like the info on the Shelby. Didn't know the story about the cold air intake. Now I got to check the kit I have in my stash. Thanks for sharing.
You are welcome. I love those kits.
Great stash adds!!
Thank you!
Very nice adds!
Thanks!
The sideways scoops on the Petty car are actually to evacuate air out from under the hood, helping to keep the front end from lifting due to excess air pressure buildup in the engine compartment. 😉
I was talking about the standard 71 Road Runner hood vs the standard Satellite hood the car is raced with. It has no holes in it but I think they used it as it does look similar to the Air Grabber hood. Plus the Air Grabber hood was standard with the Hemi engine.
Looking forward to seeing that Hellcat and Demon
Same here!
Nice adds, great pro tip on the GT500KR kit! I had to check mine to be sure and I win the prize!
Thanks! I really like that kit as well!
Salvinos couldn't get the rights to use the Roadrunner name and logo so that's why it says Plymouth and great finds
That I’m sure but I was referring to the real car. I know it’s supposed to be a Roadrunner and that a Hemi was not available in a Satellite. But it is using that hood style.
Some great new adds to the stash,i too heard about the Olds being discontinued so i grabbed one from my local shop,i hear the 81'Z28 snap kit is also discontinued, thanks for the info on the Mustang was not aware of that error.
Thanks. I bought one of those 81 Z28s when they first started showing up at Hobby Lobby. I didn’t like the small wheels so I found some larger ones that look like the original but more like a 17” wheel.
@@TheMuscleCarModeler the wheels from the 86/87 Monte Carlo also work,i have a couple of the 81'Z28 convertible kits that i plan on using the coupe decals on.
Nice. Mine is going to be a quick build but I need to figure out what color to go with.
Looking forward to the high performance Challenger builds. Have you built this kit in stock form before? And those Salvinos models are always lovely.
I have not built any of the modern Challengers yet. I don't know why though as I love the Challengers both 1st gen and this 3rd gen. And it's not because I don't have the kits. I have 4 of the Revell kits and now 3 of the AMT kits. Somehow, I have only built 1 modern Camaro (2013 ZL1) and started a 2nd (2014 Z28). I have built 8 of the Modern Shelby Mustangs but no modern Mustang GT's.
Wouldn't it have been better to get Revell's Challenger for your Demon and your Red eye?
Also, 'cuz of you I found out that my KR is the 1ed with the improper intake. lol
Well. The Revell kit is a nicer kit to start with but it now harder to find being only issued the one time in 2009/2010. So I can see why Diolex designed there kit for the AMT version that is a lot easier to find. Plus I do have 4 of the Revell kits and 3 years ago I paid Clearly Scale for his trans kits but he vanished and I never saw them.
Who did you say you got the hellcat conversion set from?
I bought them from Diolex off eBay. He is not in the USA. But I believe Germany.
