He also seems like a very dedicated man.
blin its actually very relevant, many eastern/central European slavs still live like this :D
Don’t make me cry, blin
I like how Anatoli is just off-camera, ready with the shashnik.
Товарищ АНАТОЛИ is always just off camera, ready with шашлык

Only debils and neighbor Vadim keep babushka awake during winter months.
Now that is a deathwish... to wake babushka during winter month
No babushka is making delicious meat gelatin, so they will have a wonderful, full, family meal.

It's so sad because everytime he talks about home and family, he is alone or just has no family members around, and he talks about those moments with such passion that he really seem to miss his babushka.
He's not calling his culture and manners "mentally challenged", he calls you that. Because that kind of usage of japanese grammar (that -kun for example) in non-japanese languages is just uncalled for and to be honest, very cringe-inducing
xDog .SoldieRx hehe Xd OwO meow-Desu
xDog .SoldieRx Dude ether speak Japanese or English. People hate weebs because they trivialise Japanese culture and disrespect it.
the dude isnt by definition if he doesnt reject his own culture and he doesnt try to be japanese. he can say OwO, -kun/-san/-sama/-desu and still not be a weeb because he doesnt reject his own culture and tries to be japanese. If you cannot handle the terms mentioned above, then maybe you.should rethink being active on the internet
[QURE] Etheral Well what is your definition of a weeb? Mine is a person who is obsessed with anime and japan, having an idealised view of the country. Common traits of weebs are using Japanese words (often incorrectly) in sentences and writing UwU or OwO faces. On a side note the person who I assume to be Japanese says that he is being an idiot so...

Man, the fact that boris is getting many views and gets demonetized and ends up with 10 cents per 1000 views pisses me off
That's why we gotta support him with Patreon and weslav
@@nottsoserious well yes
And when you add up his total amount of views, 431M views. It accounts to 4.31 million cents which is 43.1K US dollars. Or 3.26 Million rubles. And in both USA and European Russia, things are expensive. So we have to give a thanks to boris for giving this content for 5 and 1/3 years.
Why is he demonetized? His content is so wholesome. Come to think of it, Kyle Dunnigan is demonetized too. He makes barely anything. Meanwhile ads play on everything anyways and UA-cam makes billions off all this slave labor.
@@Katya_Lastochka youtube has demonetized anyone who lives in the ukraine/russian area of the world in case they are accused of helping people on either side of the war zone ... i think thats what happened anyway ... : ' ( its a shame boris can't move to a nice place and get all his moneytization back woo hooo!!! : )

t h i c c he buys a 270 dollars samovar and you say he doesn't make profit? Man you should really check your self
Marcos Garcia compare it to what other youtubers get
+Marcos Garcia I did think it was weird, but some UA-camrs are kind of expected to use their money to further their channel and buy things that their viewers will enjoy. I mean he does get $3,150 a month from patreon alone
I'd much rather see him do this and not even make the money back from ads, than have that 270 just go to rent or in the bank and do a 10 minute gaming video, not that I don't enjoy Boris' commentary on games, this is just more slavic, and it's a slav channel
Weston Dennis of course it's amazing the things he does. I'm just pointing that we shouldn't feel like he is some sort of Robin hood of the internet. He is an amazing artist that makes a good profit out of his talent and that's alk
Luckily for him, 3500$ is something along the lines of 10k in most Slavic countries
9:23 Boris couldn’t keep his slavic ways under control for ten minutes straight.
Having a Samovar is also quite common in Iran. Literally, every grandparents' house has one Samovar in iran. And also my grandpa was a Samovar repairman.
A Steppe tradition it is
Yeah im from Kurdistan we still have it
Correct. The samovar is a Russian invention but a lot countries that used to be part of the USSR like Azerbaijan and Armenia and it’s neighbors like Iran have adopted this contraption into their culture. I think it’s awesome.

@shane bruland im a Texan. That is all true.
Yes, very true! I have a little video of it on my channel!
That was so TASTEFUL! I wanted to see other "samovar" videos, and yours is at the top of the list BY FAR! Here in the states some people have these but it's usually a decoration, I've met people who forgot how it works, it's just a symbol of hospitality. So, Boris, you have brought some light into the darkness! Here I have the technology and the tea, but not the snow. When it gets cold here (not every year) it's really a treat to get out one of these and put charcoal or pinecones or something in there and boil up, and drink tea all day. I learned about this from Iranian people, who are particular about tea, and seem to think that this is the true way, especially if the small teapot is sitting in the steam from the boiler. People who want to follow in the Way of Boris might be glad to know that it's fairly easy to buy one of these online, or sometimes in Persian markets. I have gotten several economical rugged stainless steel ones that were made in Turkey, you can find this on eBay. They're really light and efficient and boil quickly just using little sticks. Anyway, thanks for the inspiration! This is still part of the Boris economy recipe series I think, even if the Samovar is expensive, a pound of tea supposedly makes three hundred cups, so it's very cheap even if it's good tea.
His samovar is expensive because it is pretty high quality. You can find perfectly usable ones for as little as 50 $/€.
I don’t care war or whatever shit but i love russia
This video makes me so happy. So calming and relaxing, and reminds me of my culture where we have open fires and tea in the woods. We have what we call Black Spruce trees here in Labrador and when a twig falls into your tea pot while chopping wood for the fire, its an added taste and a cherished memory.
I don't know why, but it transmited warmness and peace
