- Hey y'all. I am so happy to finally show you guys my new apartment in Albany County New York. The apartment is 1025 sq. ft. with 2 bedrooms, a huge living room, separate dining room and an outdoor patio. It's massive compared to my Brooklyn NYC apartment and I have SO much more closet space. No grills, fire pits etc on patios and balconies. It’s against the law here. Fire hazard. We have several grilling/picnic areas in my community though. One right by the pool ☺️

Thanks so much for the continued support sis. I was actually born and raised in Brooklyn. So were my parents. My mom moved to Schenectady about 14 years ago and took my younger sisters with her. I was already grown and living on my own with my son, so I stayed in the city. At the point it was too quiet up there for me. Now I’m ready for that peace ☺️

I left the Bronx in 2020 was in Harlem for most of my 30 years there. I relocated back home to Atlanta. I missed the quality of life here, however, the salary is terrible. The housing rates are rising not to mention all the additional fees I.e. water, sewer, and internet, trash etc. it’s like NYC.
God has been leading me to move, I’ve realized this is not home for me anymore. I’m currently looking to come back North and have decided on the Albany/ Rensselaer NY. I’m packing my place as I write this comment. Your video is very helpful thanks for sharing 🙌🏽
