As a 43 yr old man I speak from experience.I was your age once too and know how excited you must feel.But trust me living on your own and paying rent ain't all it's cracked up to be.As the years go by and as you age it all gets old and stressful.I didn't leave home till I was 23 then got my 1st.apartment and lived the way I wanted then met my ex wife got married then had more stress in my life then ended up getting divorced but thankfully didn't have kids.Now am struggling hard working all the time still paying rent and other bills and I look back on when I left home and wished I never moved out.Once you get to be my age you'll probably see what I mean.It all gets tiring and stressful in the long run,good luck.

i also got my first apartment at 19… it does get lonely and quiet and long story short I wanted a companion lol so i got me a cat 😭😂 i was able to have something else actually in the house that wasn’t necessarily human but something that can move and alive. i think that really helped
