No, all I used is the mousse and gel. The products actually say not to use any oil prior to use. It’s really unnecessary as the products leave the hair very moisturized, even when I use the mousse def alone

Do you think this would work with just the gel?
Most definitely. I used just the Mousse today and my hair turned out very similar. I’m sure the gel will work alone. Probably will give more hold
