Just an FYI. CA has rolling brown outs in the summer. And where you are, it gets up to 115 degrees or so. 1)Buy fans now before the great Memorial Day rush, & 2)the really bougie people invest in a tiny generator to power them so you’re not trying to sleep in a 90 degree room. Take it from someone who lived 30 mins away.
