I actually bought this and have been using this for almost 2 months .. this wire definitely feels durable and sounds really cool . Especially if ur gaming or love to hear like 8d or 16d songs or very well balanced audio. Plus ya it has a 12mm driver so just know its a very capable ear phone just don't expect mind blowing bass or anything like that . Just like an all rounder
using this on my galaxy A50, sounds amazing.

Recently bought Sony MDR EX255AP prior to this I was using Realme Buds 2 for more than a year, for listening music Realme Buds 2 is still good for me compared to 255ap, for watching movies Buds 2 was sounding neutral only vocals were sounding good but other sounds felt flat then coming to 255ap it's good for watching UA-cam for trailers and also watching movies in your PC but you have to push the volume high to get good output and con is that while you watch in that high volume after some time your ear starts paining. In medium volume (40%-58%) the 255ap is very worst sounding earphone once you cross that medium sound you start hearing something good but that comes with the cost of pain, I usually got used to listening @ 45-55% volume, at this volume for me still Realme Buds 2 is the winner 🏆 so 255ap goes back to its box package it didn't work me but sound is very subjective those who usually listen around 70-80% volume they might really like them and the mic quality of buds2 is better than 255ap.
I've been using buds 2 for 1 year . Recently it broke (i broke it accidentally) and I was thinking about buying one from another brand, and started searching for various types and ultimately got myself confused. Your comment instantly clears my doubt. I'm sticking to buds 2 .

@@Daniel-lt7rx Agreed about xb55 durability but it was too big for my ears even with the small ear tips... :D, Btw i can manage with durability as i wont be travelling with this earphones and yes one more thing i have noticed while listening song (I tried both in sony center) in xb55 that bass is exaggerated which i did not like at all.

Which one should I buy sony ex255ap or mi neckband bluetooth earphone ? I've sony ex155ap but accidentally I dropped them into water 4-5 times and now my earphone one side isn't working. It has some problem near audio jack.

compare ex255ap vs. ex650ap please !!! Both have 12mm drivers, but the ex650ap is supposed to go to 28,000 hz, is it actually better? I have ex155ap and ex650ap (good discounts on ebay right now for ex650ap, $35 from usa / chicago seller). The ex650ap was so good i had to retune the radio stations to eliminate hiss! But how does the 255 vs. 650 compare?

@@lotoftech I know thats true but nearly all earbuds today do 20Hz - 20Khz and have for decades! The +/-3dB range is indicative of how well the device handles very high and very low frequencies. I am 60 and according to UA-cam my hearing ends at 13 Khz but I still find the high tones much better on the ex650ap than my ex155ap.

There is no parameter to measure the percentage of bass. Also there is no comparison between Rs 4000/- sony vs Rs500/- boat. Sony will you a rich sound but as lot of people are crazy for bass so earphones like basshead 225 just amplify lower frequencies to give you continuous humming. This humming makes you feel that it has a good bass. If you are happy wih boat 220 or 225 then no need to invest huge money. Hope you got my point. :)

I'm really happy that i came across your channel brother. I got the 255 today it sounds real good. This is just perfect for me.There's one thing though.. the box didn't have the 1year warranty sticker thing.Should I be worried about this. I did buy it from an authorised showroom(Croma).

Maybe its in the size of my ear canals. Adjusting the earphones removes and puts suction simultaneously

Hello sir, I’m an iPhone user and I have an iPhone earphones which I used for almost 2 years ,now the wires of the earphones has a miniature cuts but it still works, so I’m looking for a new earphones in which I selected the Sony ex255ap but I’m in a confused state whether it will deliver the good sound quality than my previous iPhone earphones. You can go with ex255ap, they have a good sound and also more comfortable with good fit.

first of all no matter how good the iphones earphone is, i am not comfortable with the fitting. And ex255ap are good with high satisfaction rate. You need to take your chance on this and later you will come to know about your taste.
Getting a dongle is another investment.

Which earphones is better sony ex255ap or the Samsung's AKG earphones?
Both are good...I tried akg recently of one of my friend, I felt both are good with almost same sound profile...I just felt ex255ap are slightly more loud. You can go with any of them but if you are buying akg then make sure you get original.

Bass is best in xb55ap but ex255ap is not far behind. Considering the size, price and comfort I'll recommend ex255ap.
Still if you have enough money to spend and big size is not an issue for you then go with xb55ap.

After your recommendation I recently bought sony mdr ex255ap for rs. 1700
this is the very first time that I purchased any earphone priced this much
before this I've used One more piston fit and Sennheiser CX 180 they delivers almost balanced sound
I was using these earphones on my moto g8 plus the sound output on this device is fairly good
But when I plugged these sony ex255 earphones on same device it producing little bit hollow sound don't no why the sound is kind of unpleasant to me

just use it for a week, then share your feedback. Cx180 is on high pitch so may be that's why you feel a hollow bass. Give yourself some time to adjust.

To be honest, I have never used any antivirus on my windows 10. I avoid using pendrive , transfer content through mail , don't open insecure websites. Still if you want then you can go with AVG or NORTON ( too heavy ).

Mine came in plastic. They need a 2 to 10 hour burn in. They are very efficient. Vocals are forward and stagging is excellent. Great for .mp3, UA-cam music, TV, movies, they just make everything sound great.
Here's some tips to get the tone correct. Everyone knows what clapping hands sound like.
You can find hand clapping anywhere to adjust the tone.
I use a song by Coldplay - Adventure of a Lifetime.
The clap should sound as natural as possible, not hollow or tunnel like.
For IEs and IEMs, to change the tone try changing tips. That's all I did for these to sound great.
Now everything will sound correct.
