Your raw APM doesn't matter as much as what task you focus your attention on. I'm not sure either why he moved his scv after blocking the probe when he, again, knew the probe was still around. What a disaster.
about apm... Stork is almost always below 300apm, sometimes low 200s because he's a strategist, not a mechanical player (he *lost* a build-order *win* in this asl). Flash's average apm is 300+ and goes up to 350 during mid game. Peaking at 380 during 5 rax tvz. iirc JD had highest APM among TaekBangLeeSsang, during kespa days. Not surprising with his muta control and ling boxing, but he notably spammed and boxed alot during early game. Bisu has second highest APM (among the said 4), but i would say it's more efficient then JD's - it's not just boxing hydras, his scouting probe is always moving, injured zealots pulling back, corsairs flying etc (that's why he was nicknamed spider - he could multitask 8 things at a time). I really dont know why people bother talking about it so much. Sharp did not play 'dreadfully' he did a risky build in the tvz expecting more muta and made a mistake in the game against protoss plus underestimating the 1 gate gasless nexus old build from the league days free used to do so much. Beast played 'dreadfully' in the last game, i dont know what happened but it seemed like he wasnt receiving the notifications saying your units are attacked or his nerves were just too much.

honestly that early mistake by beast in the last game was so bad to make me think it was a glitch. I can see someone messing up with hotkeys or simply mismicroing losing 2 hydras but losing 5 to slow lots is just unexplainable. I've never done that myself and I'm an F player

Was a complete disappointment to watch.

I think they are talking about a Lurker bust, which we had on day 4 I believe. Royal vs Killer. Royal scouted the Lurker bust and made some bunkers and defended easily against it. I feel like in a map like Ringing Bloom a Lurker bust would be worse since you're going up a ramp.
The worst day of ASL ever. Beast played so bad in the last game that I would have played better and Im not even zerg. 1 day of practice and I play better than that game. Maybe his mouse died lol
@@yellow6100 I'm not sure. He went for a lurker bust that never would have worked against a competent opponent. It felt like a desperate all-in after his 2-hatch Muta failed to kill a single SCV. Sharp just needed to anticipate the play (which he had all the info you'd need to see it coming), build one tank, put it behind his wall, and that's it, the lurkers do nothing. Beast had nothing behind this desperate bust; he was still on 2 base lair tech.
