Close the door! What a classic line. Don't know how many times I've said (yelled...) that. On your way out, of course. And, a closed door is a closed door. Thanks Orly for both showing us creativity, style AND home life. Take care!
You are simply the best at explaining, every thing at all times. That’s the reason we love watching. I love sewing, & all the hacks. Thanks from me & girls!
Wowwwwwwwwwww. They're absolutely gorgeous sew or no sew. Thanks for the ideas. If I do make one, I'll certainly share it with you. Much love. Can't wait for Sunday.
U know What I really love about u orly is that u r so good with mixing n matching colours, linen, jewelry, shades.. U were made for this (if only I had half the knowledge u have ) U r so talented. U can make everything out of nothing ur daughter is blessed to have u... She can be sure she'll be wearing the most trendy clothes ever
Made the sewed version of these skirts in 2 different prints. They are now my favourite skirts. Thank you Orly for this amazingly fun and wonderful video
I’m so inspired by all your multi-purpose dresses/skirts. I’m going on a 2.5 week trip with carry on only. Two weeks on a cruise, on a smaller ship so will see the same 2000 people every day. This should be fun. I have about 5 items planned…
Friday is my favorite day, but you make it even better. Effort that you put in these videos, new intro, editing, I won’t even start talking about your enthusiasm - we can all see it and feel it. Thank you, kisses from Bosnia and Herzegovina ❤️
I'm so glad you said how much fabric you had for the sewing version. I always second guess myself when I'm buying fabric! But I'll probably get a bit more than you had just in case ✂️
Beautiful! I remember my first sewing project in 7th grade making a wrap skirt. The we had to put on a little fashion show at lunch time for the whole school!!!! 🤣
Love this and it's great that you gave both sew and no sew versions! I discovered your channel when I was at home for the holidays and it inspired me to bring my tiny old sewing machine back. Can't wait to try recreating some of these this year :) you have a great positive energy and your videos always put me in a better mood too!
I love watching you your so happy and inspiring.I had a nervous breakdown and lost all wanting to saw which is very like not me. I have always sewed all my life my mum gave me a needle to sew with when I was 5, since I watch this I m going to do this I'm going to get material I'm gonna do it
Awesome! Lately I have been a sucker for that kind of metallic lame fabric. What I really like about your videos is that you take the time to add all the criteria, requirements, Do and Don't do for a success diy. Thank you!
Orly! Awesome video!! Could you please do a video online shopping for fabric. Where you show us beginners how to determine from online, what fabric would be best for what kind of projects? Like sometimes they don’t always say 4 way stretch or have enough detail. Thanks for your videos!!
There is just nothing unpleasant about you, your videos, your style, etc. Even if I'm not interested in the project I still watch it. You're an absolute joy to watch!!! 💙💚💜 your videos!
In my opinion, anything wrapped, top/skirt/dress can be so flattering and versatile. The way you modeled them at then were so beautiful. You were just having so much fun with modeling 😁
So happy to find you , now …. Just gotta wait for one of the sisters to get to me 😂 Gotta grandson who is very Cleaver with tools , might can get him to help ole kitty, Thank you for all your teaching. God bless you for all you’re hard work. 🥰
For someone heavy set I don’t tuck in tops because I feel like I’m just emphasizing my lumps. Your room is so clean and beautiful compared to mine. I’m purging
Gray metallic astounding. Thank you so much for the DIY I do like Fashions then wrap skirts really do help my body shape as its rectangular inverted triangle combo so getting a little interest in the hip area is great
Purging my fabric stash next week, long over-due, I have silver-black stretchy fabric & Can't wait to make one of these. It will really help as I continue to lose weight. Adjustments will be easy. Thanks Orly! Always look forward to your videos.
Orly I made 3 of these skirts - one with fabric I found 70% off!! Yay me! I also made one in the same silver fabric you used. Love it! ! My skirts turned out fabulous thank you so much!
Wow this was fun to watch and such great results on all 3 DIY. I really appreciate the detailed tips you gave during what you need portion of video. I can not wait to see the video on how to wear these skirts in different ways. Thanks for sharing and blessing to you and all in the New Year.
I thought I liked the first two until I saw you model the 3rd one ... I could totally see wearing something like this on St. Paddy’s ..maybe more of a kilty plaid but w/ the boots and a cozy short sweater..ugh, so good! ⭐️
Wish these were as easy to fit for those of us with “more”. I have way more hip and back than you or even the image of the model and I love simple things but they don’t looke this good on me - suggestions welcome!
I also recommend proper undergarments, like spanks, they help smooth everything out, even for the skinnies. Smooth lines make every outfit look amazing regardless of size. I also like the idea of a circle skirt and waistband as a wrap skirt.
Really loved the plaid fabric. I don't really know how to sew ( unlike my grandma who was an expert and my mom who's quite good at it) but your videos are so inspiring, that i am tempted to try. Thanks for the vibes. P.s awesome military boots!
In case anyone wanted the exact fabric she used to the sewing method it’s called: Ember Large Cheetah Print Textured Poly Crepe Fabric and its on the Joann Fabrics website and app
Thank you for the spunk and energy. Your DYI sessions are always refreshing and broken down for anyone to understand. I am appreciative and thankful for you. Any chance you can share the cheetah fabric fiber content and over the knee boots brand. I adore your style.
As a retired art teacher I have to applaud the way you structure for success-clear and energetic lessons.

Orly, to me, is like "Every Friday Santa"! She always has awesome DIYs
Close the door! What a classic line. Don't know how many times I've said (yelled...) that. On your way out, of course. And, a closed door is a closed door. Thanks Orly for both showing us creativity, style AND home life. Take care!
The best part is always when Orly models the DIY 🥰
You are simply the best at explaining, every thing at all times. That’s the reason we love watching. I love sewing, & all the hacks. Thanks from me & girls!
Awww, they look great and it looks like you have a little helper, too!

Totally agree!
More width and gather the fabric into the waistband? Would be more forgiving!
I also recommend proper undergarments, like spanks, they help smooth everything out, even for the skinnies. Smooth lines make every outfit look amazing regardless of size. I also like the idea of a circle skirt and waistband as a wrap skirt.
