Meaning of OM Mani Padme Hum Mantra
Om is the sound of the universe, and helps us to align ourselves with the frequency of the universe
Mani, means jewel.. the jewel of love..
Padme, means the lotus flower.. the flower of wisdom
Hum, helps us to keep all the negativity and suffering away.

I listened to this a lot in 2018-2019, it helped me through a rough time, a time of shedding and growth. Then I kinda forgot about it. I just thought of it yesterday (as I am going through another period of letting go and expansion) and I felt really good letting it play in the background while I did some reading. Letting this chant play in my kitchen this morning. Thank you :)
I agree! I try to do this mantra 108 times daily or at least a few times a week. I find it always calming, peaceful, and grounding. One of my favorites!
I was in a meditation group a while back and they had us using chants. It woke me up to a new world! I never knew the impact a chant could have. One I relaxed I felt my soul/energy combine with the sound of the chant and it was as though I became the sound. Its hard to explain but it took me to another level of consciousness. That day changed me. Thanks for these great videos 💜💜

I’ve been doing this meta mantra for over a year.
I practice with my mala and chant at least 108 times.
The simplicity of the words, but the complexity of truly trying to carry the frequency is a welcomed focus.
