I have a uterine fibroid as big as a baseball for going on a year, severely anemic, have been constipated for weeks. Slowly reprogram your mind with morning affirmations literally right after your beautiful eyes open. Grab some headphones go to UA-cam there are thousands of gratitude affirmations to choose from choose something 15-20 min. Commit to this day after day for 21 days and it will change your vibration. Also look up the law of vibration to understand what it is. And that’s it.
