Very soothing mantra, with appropriate music, completely neutrals the brain waves and stress. I use this mantra for my 9 month baby at night, but too many ads quite annoying, he started deep sleep by hearing the mantra but also got disturbed and woke up and started crying by interruption of ads.
I was also facing similar issues but then I switched to UA-cam Premium which is around Rs 150 per month, and now I can access not only this video, but any video on youtube as ad free!! Or else these chants are also available on all the audio streaming platforms like YT music, spotify, amazon music n all.. I believe the quality music and sound they are producing, they need to earn so as to keep making more devotional music for us..
If my baby didn't kick me since morning, I play this and hanuman chalisa video then he kicks me immediately🥰

One day in a dream I saw a person standing opposite to the direction of Sun and chanting (Sun rays were falling on his back)
Since then I am following directions as well.
