OM is the mantra, or vibrations that is chanted in the beginning and end of any Meditation or Yoga Practice.
OM - The most well known and universal of the bija mantras it is the sound of creation and causes energy to gather and flow upward and outward. Everything in the universe is pulsating and vibrating - nothing is really standing still!
The sound OM in this track vibrates at 528Hz which promotes healthy functioning of Endocrine System, which in turns helps in reducing the cortisol levels, thus reducing stress levels and promoting sleep time whole body cell level repair. It also helps in balancing and tuning Solar Plexus Chakra which helps in more Self Confidence and Self Esteem. When we combine these 2 powerful sources of sound and vibration, what we get is totally miraculous.
OM CHANTING MEDITATION : HOW TO DO IT?
- Begin by finding a comfortable position, but one in which you will not fall asleep. Sitting on the floor with your legs crossed is a good position to try.
- Close your eyes. Keep you hands on your knees with palms facing the sky and let the thumb and index finger touch
- Take a deep breath and Relax your Body.
- Now Start Chanting OM, along with the track. Remember not to chant loudly. These mantra is to be recited to feel your inner vibrations.
- As you chant OM feel the energy rising from lower part of the body to the top. As you recite 'mmmmm' feel the tension at the top of the head leaving your body.
- With each chant you will start feeling lighter and lighter.

Same ANNUNAKI ET gods in every place. India, Greece, Rome, Egypt, Skandinavia , Meso america . And they were No good, so this OM too is a big question. Is It good or bad, All religions were put up for control purposes. Maybe were easier to handle after one hour of OM. Who knows, but they say that everything we know is a lie. So I at least try to take it easy with everything. BUT the Best part is that soon we know everything.

I was facing severe constipation problem and was on strong medication but now I take medicine but not so strong and digestion has also improved. I am able to eat spicy food also. It has boosted the immune system. First we have to breathe in and twhen we release breath we have to chant AM instead of om and I practice ed along with this music. This I learned from Sadguru’s reel. All of you can watch the reel in you tube and get double benefit. The process is explained there and practice along with this video. I have reasons to believe my tinnitus is dissolving 😳 what the blessings going on here?? Ive tried everything from food diets to index finger tapping behind my head.. so I randomly felt reasonbly good and listened to a 528 hertz om meditation sound.. the irritation of tinnitus is 90% disappearing 🥲

I am a convicted Christian, I have my own faith, but I loved this video, and I love Tibetan meditation, Zen and many others things like this! This bring me peace and make my faith stronger! I believe that nothing which promote peace and love is reject by Christian faith! Even not being Muslim, I believe Muslism does not reject this too. What happens is that some people, does not matter their religion or faith, have not the ability to tolerate the other ones faiths, choices and options! Unhappily this kind of intolerance is growing all around the world, as expressed by the increase of nationalists movements and populists leaders reaching the power. This is a sad thing and we must together fight against our own intolerance, and then, by a peaceful movement, settled in peace, love and convincing by the example, against others ones intolerance! We need a world of peace!

Same here brother, Orthodox Christian (whatever that means in Eternity). I firmly believe in many if not all Christian doctrines, values and practices, but I can't help but love other aspects of all different faiths and teachings I've come across. Come to think of it, what really ignited my faith was my interest in Eastern philosophy and practices. In this new light everything I knew about Christ, suddenly made sense. God is One. God is All. God is Love. Praise God, no matter which of his countless names you praise!

It's not Hinduism. Actually Hinduism is nothing but an extensionof word hindu, which has been given to the people who live in this region. I thought it is called Santana dharma which is the only dharma. Because dharma is only one. And we should b proud of that we hve taken birth on a land that flourish the meaning of life and how to live it. We should adhere to principles which had been formulated on this land by the people who really knew what life is and how to live it fully.
