It's troubling that courts often discourage or outright forbid mentioning jury nullification to jurors. This approach feels like a way of saying, 'We don't trust you to make independent decisions, so we're withholding information.' Jury nullification is when a jury finds the defendant not guilty despite the evidence, because they believe the law is unjust or applied unjustly. Serving as a juror should entail having access to all pertinent concepts, including jury nullification. Without this knowledge, jurors might miss a vital option that lets them render a verdict based on their conscience, especially in cases of police brutality or other significant injustices. With all the support Luigi is receiving, I see jury nullification as a real possibility, which is why I believe his supporters should be chanting "Jury nullification" instead of "Free Luigi." This could inform others about this powerful legal step and possibly influence future jurors. By keeping jurors uninformed about this possibility, their role and the integrity of the justice system are compromised.
"It was so cold and calculated, almost in the version of a hitman that it lacked that true level of sympathy." I lost track who we were talking about here, the UHC CEO or Luigi? I see what you did there.
Isn't there a state where the juries are taught about jury nullification? From 2016: "Last week, the New Hampshire House of Representatives voted 184 to 145 to pass a bill that would require courts to instruct jurors about jury nullification - the jurors’ power to refuse to convict even when they think all the elements of the crime have been proved beyond a reasonable doubt."
I think it's the charge. It's not okay, and is by definition 1st degree murder, but people wouldnt want that penalty for this level of crime as not the intended target.

As a potential juror I don't need the defense attorney to ask for jury nullification, I know my plan to get on the jury and to nullify it.
We don’t blame Luigi
Yes, it could happen.
The mom manifesto is fake. Luigi's mom is alive and well.
Whoever tries to take out Luigi is going to get in a world of trouble by the American people.
We can only hope, it would be spectacular
Deer do not mourn a fallen hunter.
Oh I watched that film. Very touching!
Hung jury is more likely

If the jury nullifies can the judge overturn the verdict and direct a guilty verdict?
No. I think a judge can overturn a guilty verdict, but not a not guilty verdict.
By unaliving you mean he killed them? Good grief lady say what you mean! Pathetic
UA-cam guidelines. They suck.
