Come on guys. Got 119 comments and only 46 likes to the video. All of y’all like his stuff so why not hep the channel out by hitting that thumbs up. It really makes a difference in support them.
Will try to do! At the end of last seasons first video, think its called duck season kickoff, we laid out all our gear and talked about so that might be helpful. Will try to do another one at some point
Would like to see how y’all budget for an out of state hunting trip. How do you pick the area and then build a trip around that while keeping it low cost.
I’m a recent watcher of your channel but I have not seen to many river hunts, granted though I have not watched all your videos yet. I’m a big fan of your colaberation with Cherry Creek and Freelance Duck hunt as I’m a fan of them as well.
I wouldn’t mind seeing a pre season prep video and maybe a little on any new gear you may be trying out this year to help on the water or for the travels. During season I’d like to see you getting together with some of the fans of the channel for a hunt or even a meet and greet.
Yeah i hope to hunt with a lot of subs moving forward. Especially since im not going to be with my old crew as much, ill be looking for more people to hunt with. Hope to do a few preseason gear vids. Thanks for always tuning in 👊🏻
Really enjoy watching your videos, love the timber hunts and the tips you guys share about scouting. Knowing you guys hunt in Kansas and other states besides Arkansas and I'd like to see a video of you all sharing your thoughts/insights on how other states are managing their public land for waterfowl. Would also be curious on your thoughts about migration pattern changes and the decline in duck numbers in Arkansas in recent years. Thanks
Would love to see a video of how you break down (like how you broke down Kansas) a new state you hunted for the first time. Why did you pick that particular part of the state? What made you choose your spots that you scouted and if you had to pick a spot blindly what made you choose that particular spot? What are key identifiers on a map (like OnX) that make a hole stand out more than others? Thanks!
A lot of that is explained in a video i did back in February. Its called how to find duck on public land. Its pretty the exact formula we use to break down any new spot.
I am just thankful that you are a Christian-based hunting you tuber. And that you don’t have to have three trash words to describe each thing that you do. GOD bless you. Keep up the good works. Works meaning spreading GODS word and great hunting videos.🙏🏻
I like all the tips and advice you guys give and I would really like to see how you set up your decoys like what formations on what winds etc. love the videos keep em up
I say a good start on that for you would be the video i did a few weeks back called proven decoy strategies. That might help. I pretty much explain how we set up our decoys
I would like to see you guys provide content on how to scout public high pressure areas! I hunt AR’s highest pressured WMA’s. Been doing it for 35 years. We love the challenge!
I’m wantin to see the old school flooded timber hunts or maybe the organization of the equipment in the boat. I know y’all usually walk in a lot but I think that would be a good idea. Or just prepping for this coming season here in Arkansas and your thoughts/predictions
Do some more fishing. I love watching y’all fish. I live in south Arkansas by dumas and McGhee I seen you hunt some places close by and i hope I get picked for the on X subscription
That video would consist of us hugging as tightly as possible to an air conditioner lol. But on a serious note, not really much summer scouting to be done in arkansas. Not really the same as other. We know everywhere because weve been hunting it so long, and we just prefer to do our scouting during duck season. Theres so many varibles as to whether the ducks will be there or not, like water levels etc. So i just prefer to do the scouting when it counts. Summer scouting can definitely be helpful though in some areas. If i moved somewhere new and needed some extra time to learn places i would probably do it.
Enjoy your hunting videos on scouting and calling. I would like to see a video on hunting wood ducks. I hunt in Arkansas and when the other ducks aren't flying much, I can usually find a few wood ducks.
Do some equipment review what you guys used for scouting for the off season and if you can do some how to read birds when they fly in or such. That will help out alot !
I’d like to see more on summer scouting for fall prediction on land you’re unfamiliar with. What features do you look for and how many locations do you like to have locked in for the start of a season?
If you look back in the previous videos, i got a video calles how to find ducks on public land and that pretty much explains the process we use exactly
Thanks for the video! I would be interested in seeing some of the ways that you prepare duck for eating. Also as a new duck hunter, i could use some advice on how to identify waterfowl in flight.
Hope to do some recipe videos in the future. On identifying waterfowl in flight, thats kind of a tough one. Its one of those things that really only comes from time and from looking at a bunch of ducks. Not really a shortcut on that one
I would like to see what you guys are predicting the 2021-2022 duck season to be. Be really cool to hear how you guys found your passion for duck hunting! Great content!
I would like to see some decoy comparisons, as well more calls compared to live ducks. I found the video where you compared what you blow to what actual ducks quack extremely helpful! A video I really dont see is one on what ducks feed on in certain locations. It can be why they loaf in an area and feed in others. Knowing this could explain why their fly lanes change.
I would like to see just setting up your spread for the wind and things like that. I've only hunted farm ponds before but this year I'm going to try to get to bigger water
I wish i could! If it was a little later in fall i might would take you up on that. Thanks so much for the offer. I really hope to get to nodak at some point
Great Video!!! As far as future content... Would be interested to see something I've never seen before from a duck hunting video. Would like to see decoys from ducks that are not traditionally in an area and how ducks react. Would mallards land to 6 mallards and let's say 2 dozen Redheads. It would be a way to differentiate yourself from other spreads if it worked.
Would like to see some teal scouting videos. It's getting close and I'm getting excited! You got a merch store with any of those Chasing Green caps yet?😁
Not yet. Hoping to have some next year. Its a pretty significant ordeal to get merch started so i want to wait until i grow a little more (Lord willing). Appreciate the interest though brother.
@@ChasingGreen Understandable, I hope and pray the Lord will bless you with the growth, I really enjoy your content and devotion to using your platform as a vessel to glorify God! Looking forward to the upcoming videos this duck season.
Would like to see some early season scouting. I go to public land and walk and scout months ahead of time trying to find diffrent holes. I love to see early scouting videos it helps me out just incase i forget to do something i can go back and do it.
@@ChasingGreen it’s an amazing way to hunt. Did it regularly off lake Ontario and Lake Erie / Long point. It’ll change ya when you start having Reds and Cans and bluebills coming right in on you in a layout boat :). Mallards are bread and butter, of course - but late season divers is a very special kind of fun!
I’d like to see some early teal hunting and some early goose hunting. I would also like to see you guys travel a little more. Maybe try killing some Wisconsin ducks sometime because that’s where I hunt.
I'd like to see an episode for total noobs. We've (family and I) have been 3 times duck hunting now. We saw some, but weren't sure 1. How to identify a duck in flight 2. Do you need that high dollar shotgun, or will an old pump work? 3. What call to use and when?
Plan on doing a video on the shotguns soon that is exactly on that question. Will try to fit the other 2 in. Identifying a duck in flight is really something that just comes from experience. Theres little things to pick up on but you can only do it by spending a bunch of time looking at ducks. One of those things that doesnt have shortcut unfortunately.
ALWAYS wanna see more GRENHEADS!! And as much Jake as i can get!!! Lol! Love ONX. Got some questions im gunna DM u about! Like i ALWAYS say, ALWAYS INSTANT 👍
Hope to do a gear video soon. And on the financials, mainly its just miraculous provision by the Lord. It always looks like i dont have enough but God stretches it for me. Definitely wouldnt be doing it if i wasnt trying to grow this channel because it can get very expensive.
anybody from pennsylvania that would like to let me know if it’s legal to hunt corps of engineers land, pa municipality land, or any township property?
Come on guys. Got 119 comments and only 46 likes to the video. All of y’all like his stuff so why not hep the channel out by hitting that thumbs up. It really makes a difference in support them.
Thanks brother, this is very true
I always like gear reviews videos. Helps to hear someone’s thoughts on different pieces of gear before purchasing.
Got a few planned over the next few weeks Lord willing, thanks for the input!
Gear videos always do it for me. Love to see reviews on what gear or brands is working best.
Got a few lined up 👍🏻
A review of all your gear in detail and a video of any new gear y’all have gotten for this year would be some pretty good videos!!
Good idea! Its really difficult to keep cost down lol. Will try to come up with something on this
Sounds like a good topic
