I'm BACK!!! Thanks for watching!
Glad to have you back! Was excited to see you post
I just stand in the reeds or in the boat in the reeds at this point. Got rid of the blinds a couple of years ago. They ended up being more trouble than they were worth in my experience. I’m on big water and I noticed that when I ran my binos around the lake that I could pick out a lot of the guys in big blinds even thought they were good looking “camo or brush” they still stuck out from the endless cattails.
I’m glad to see ya back been checking for five months for an update from ya. You always have some great info and give us awesome ideas , good to see ya back how’s your dog situation coming along ?
Bout time brother……welcome back
lol yeah been waiting patiently sir !
I bought a used pop up brand blind off of marketplace for my first boat. It was not the right size for my little old 14ft boat, I called pop up to get advice about how to fashion it and use on my boat. i could not believe how helpful they were!! They actually asked me to send pictures of what I was trying to do and called me back with comments on the camo pattern it had and how to fabricate it to get the best performance on my boat. Great people and company!!
Joel, you're back! Ducks everywhere across the globe just took started to sweat a little!
The cattle panels bent was incredible!
Ordered my pop up blind for my boat before this video came out, can't wait to try it this season.
Hope all has been well. We have missed your videos
Finally! Welcome back. I hunt almost exclusively out of temporary brush blinds.
Glad to have you back buddy!
Thanks!
Joel is the friggin man. I wanna hunt with this dude.
Bust em blinds are the best out there! Pricey but worth every cent!
Welcome back! I just checked in yesterday to see if there was anything new to catch up on! It must be a sign
Glad to see you are back! I would love a video on an update on the lost bridge duck club
Joel, your channel is like a box of Chocolates! Absolutely love your passion and devotion. Thank you for investing your time and resources to help us out.
Joel! Great to see you back man.
Glad to see you back Joel it’s been a minute hope everything is going well
Love that intro haha! Welcome back! I now hunt out of a 20 foot boat with custom blind. Always a work in progress, but when birds are flaring off the boat I’ll whip the kayak out and stash the boat. Or I’ll use the panel blind if I can find dry ground.
Great to have you back Joel!
Thanks, good to be back!
Glad to see you back
Absolutely fantastic loved the Forest aspect!!
Glad to see a new video, made for a great Birthday Present LOL!!! I like how you brushed that last blind, going to have to keep that tip in my back pocket for future use. Looks like Lost Bridge is coming along great, and can't wait to see more.
So happy you are back. Miss your content
Good to see you back at it, Joel!!! May God bless you with a safe and successful upcoming season at Lost Bridge!!! PS: I think your kiddo is a movie star in the making!!!

Working on that video… haha!
Glad your back. Can’t wait to see the property!!
Thanks! We've been shooting video of our work on the property all year. I'll be posting an update on that soon!
I was wondering when a new video would drop. Hope you and family are well ? Fall be here soon can’t wait! 😊 great video…
Joel.....I LOVED this video. Thank you for combining 2 of my favorite things in this world, Waterfowl hunting and Forrest Gump. I saw the movie 12 times in the theaters when it came out in 1994. I am writing this with a huge smile on my face. I continue to hang on every word you say and will continue to watch every one of your videos. Thank you again from an ok waterfowl hunter in Central PA. I may not be a smart man, but I know good content when I see it.
We had so much fun shooting the Forrest Gump part! I'm curious... did you see the Thumbnail before you watched the video?
No sir. I just opened the video and was pleasantly surprised.

Right on! I’m glad you enjoyed it. Thanks for your comments and for your support 💪🏻👊🏻👍🏻
Best day of duck hunting ever, it rained so hard it flattened all the cattails around me and my buddy in my sparsely concealed 1436. We ended up just standing in the boat, in the open and ducks were dumping on us.
There were guys that were all tricked out and blened in along the same mile. The encon told us we were the only ones in the birds. The birds were dropping in as we were tossing decoys out in the dark with head lamps on. You couldnt screw up that day if you tried.
The Legend has returned!!!
Hey Joel I had a question for you. Do you use ear protection in the blind? If so what do you use?
Glad your back
The forrest gump skit was perfect👌😁
Haha! We had fun with it!
What is the wed site to buy the pop up blind in this video
DIY idea. Green plastic mesh fencing 4'×25' roll was $36.
5 or 6 5' wooden stakes, like $5/piece. If that.
Weave grass, cat tails, etc into the netting, roll out, hammer in stakes, start hunting. A 25' blind accommodates 3 people comfortablly, can deploy a front and back like an A-frame or just the front with natural cover behind.
Man 8 guys in a blind? That's mind blowing for me as a Florida hunter! Other than maybe when it's a few guys left finishing their limit, does any one guy ever get to shoot at a bird by themselves? Or do multiple guys shoot at every bird that come in for the most part?
I pre brush a panel blind and use it all season.
Avery blind on a 16ft jon boat with a wind block and I put killer grass on cammo netting folds down rolls up great tie it all up with buggies cords for transporting
We missed you!
Thanks! It’s great to be back 👍🏻
Man, I love your videos. The Forrest Gump bit was awesome.
Any tips or tricks on how I can talk my mother inlaw into letting my brother inlaw and I to turn her party barge into a duck blind? Ive never thought of using it as a blind. In SE idaho we could only really use it for a few weeks anyways.
Great to have you back! Please at some point cover shotgun ammo again because people still do not believe or understand the work that you did.
Home made!
Sissor blind in a boat with fass grass and a lots of natural grasses and willow combined with it
I hunt in A-Frame in cattails
90% of the time I use my kayak like a layout blind the rest is sitting up against a tree or something with a camo blanket on.
only problem is the blind spot will start to rust in some spots by end of season let me know when you want a blind you will have to put in your will
I'm glad that works for you, but our ducks would laugh at anything that big. By the time they get to Texas, they've seen every kind of blind there is.
I need to learn to shoot better I'm a terrible shot
Practice, Practice, Practice! Thanks for watching.
Stupid is as stupid does!
The best blind is hunt in the timber and just hide behind an oak tree
Yep, I agree!
2/3/4 man pit blinds? Barrel blinds? Stand-up blinds? Come hunt Cali. I sure would to love to hunt there one day.
OVERHEAD COVER!!! SAY IT AGAIN!!!
