What size is the Twillory Quilted jacket? For reference, I am 5 ft 9" and 186 pounds. I am thinking I would be a large in that jacket. I typically have to get sleeves shortened when I size up to a Large in dressier outerwear.
i have a Carhartt Detroit jacket I purchased last year. It's not waxed but rugged, water resistant and very versatile. price is low 100's. I get compliments all the time.
I think it would be very helpful to potential buyers - If reviewers would state their height & weight & size of the jacket. Even if you are not that exact height & weight, is far more helpful than subjective opinions about the jacket IMHO.
I like the waxed jackets but I’m always fearful the wax will rub off and mess up car seats and furniture. I’ll be curious what you think over time. Looks great!
If a jacket is tight and you can hardly do up the buttons. It doesn't fit

The Twillory is in a size medium. I am 6 feet, and just under 200 lbs, 42 inch chest. A medium should be good for you.

It will rub onto other stuff but its harmless and easy to clean honestly. Its not like indigo denim that will stain
