My 69 year old friend who has a fused spine had been doing your Senior workouts regularly for a few years now and they have done her so much good. She has now converted me to Hasfit cardio workouts as I am 50 plus and still fit and flexible I do the intermediate to advanced. These workouts are great I can really feel my body has worked out after these especially my butt! I love the advice you give about alternating the weights too as well as correct posture etc. You both work so well together and give us everything we need. Thank you!

Ive been SOOO committed to trying to tone up my waist and tummy while continuing to strengthen core and body with weights for a CONTINUOUS past 8 weeks....still a ways to go - but at 68 years old...it seems keeping fit is harder than it was in my 40s and 50s! As someone who struggles with being active I really appreciate these low impact standing workouts. I don’t like when instructors spend most of the class jumping, on their wrists in plank, or on their tailbone in boat. I keep coming back to your channel because I don’t have the risk of injury or discouragement and don’t have to sacrifice good form and calorie burn. Please, for people like me, keep up the excellent work! 💕
I am a senior, but a pretty active one. I kind of “broke” myself with a couple of horseback related injuries over the space of a few years, starting 5 years ago. I have very slowly been coming back in the last couple of years, doing exclusively yoga. Then I decided I needed more and I started with your seated workouts, then your Senior workouts and now your low impact workouts. I did this one today and had to stop for a water break between segments. I was shaking at the end. I kind of felt like a failure, until I remembered where I started. You two are the very best!

HOLY MOLY!! so I’ve been following the beginner workout routine for about 2 months now and as I was following this video, just when it came to the toe touches, I found myself pretty much being able to place both hands on the floor! I honestly had no idea how much your routines truly help with flexibility, I remember when I first joined the HASfit tribe I couldn’t even touch my toes! I don't know exactly how you guys do it but I feel and look so much better! I have been exercising all my life and most times has been tedious but what you do gives me results like never before. I can see the results and is a huge motivation to go back and do the exercises again and again every day.

Love all the standing abs and cardio workouts!! They really have helped strengthen my core and protect my back against further damage. Who knew my abs would be so sore after this?! Would you guys be willing to do a cross fit or power lifting inspired home workout for intermediate to advanced? Or do you already have one like that? I know Coach incorporates a lot of power lift style moves into the hiit and strength workouts, but one specifically for those of us who want to experience those crossfit moves but can't afford to go to a crossfit gym but have plenty of equipment at home? Love you guys been a patreon for a minute now. Never change!!
Personally this older style video is way way way better than your new format. I can't even stand to watch your new videos truthfully. Almost blinded by the whiteout and brightness of it all. I had to lift up my heals as I did the one where you hold one weight and twist 180 degrees from right to left in order to prevent my knee twisting with the move.

I've been having a rotator cuff issue, and these exercises really help to stretch that out and it makes my shoulder feel better.
