Thanks for this look at the Super Chief. I've not ridden one so I learned much here. I wish my bike was louder, too, and someday it will be. The stock Indian lack-of-rumble is fixable with some $$. Indian makes some pricey slip-on exhaust that will help but there are better options out there. Some in our group have the Jekyll & Hyde exhaust, which sounds great. Even on a Scout!
The lack of rumble exists on pretty much all stock bikes nowadays, even HD.has less rumble with the M8 but yeah you can certainly modify the sound to your liking.
I wish they made an option for tubeless wheels. That's a big hang up for me.
