The pillows that the 6 bolts go into brake off easily don't over tighten

The clutch basket seemed dry, didn't you oil it before putting it on the axis

I have ruined the screws with the cross head you put at the beginning of the video, can I replace them with hexagonal head bolts or have the screws been put in for a specific reason?
You have a table / link where to see the tightening of the engine bolts, thanks.

the iron plate. sharp edge should face to inside or outside?

I assume you mean the plate that holds the bearing of the main shaft in place. That is rounded edge outwards, sharp edge inwards. At least that is how I mount these.
