I like the MZ-X500 UI much better than this age old LCD display tec. Casio also needs better keybeds like the one in the Roland GO:Keys!

"We should address some of the shortcomings of the XW-P1, and instead of creating a XW-P1 Mk II, we should dump those improved features into a home market device with speakers!!" Ok, ok...I do like Casio, I'm just bitter they haven't capitalized on a new phase distortion synth (CZ style) and/or improved the XW-P1 which could be a great synth. Rich, now that you have some Casio clout, see what you can do please.

Too bad you get a microphone input instead of 5pinMIDI DINs, this keyboard could be a powerful studio sequencer with standard MIDI in and out.
You can get round this annoying recent practice of no 'proper' Midi sockets by. Using a Kenton Midi to USB host conversion box , mine works fine( in both directions !) Casio, Yamaha, Roland etc, please note that MIDI stands for MUSICAL INSTRUMENT digital interface , USB MIDI only sockets are about as much use as a chocolate Fireguard to a gigging musician who has 2 or 3 instruments that need to communicate with each other !!!

No. The CT-X9000IN just has more Indian tones.

Monoranjon Roy I bought the CT-X9000IN Arranger keyboard with Indian sounds. It’s a great machine at an affordable price. I bought mine for INR 18,000.

The MZ-X series is better than this. But I like this as well. Casio You can introduce a new software update for the MZ-X series. Add more amps. Add your name in the starting screen.etc.

So nice sounds, but it´s bad with only 64 polyphonic voices :-( . MZ-X500 has bad sounds, but 128 voices.
MZ-X500 is a full-blown synth/workstation with plenty of customization. You can shape the sounds to your liking if presets are not good enough. I do agree that many of the preset rhythms are quite disappointing though. But edit them and you get good results.

What we need is a PX560 upgraded wit the AiX chip. Please, Casio...

Why are you watching this then? This is actually a nice keyboard for the price and it can be used as midi controller anyways . CT x3000 is a pretty affordable controller with bonus on board sounds
