- This is an accessible 30 min core flow focussing on your abs, glutes, side waist and back. Building heat, strength and length in equal parts to encourage good bilateral balance in your core muscles. Strong, supple muscles at the centre of your body benefits your overall health and wellbeing: lowering risk of back pain, improving your balance, posture & digestion.

Thank you Maria. I so struggle to get the camera set up close. It works ok here as I don’t stand but I cut my head off otherwise when I’m this close. I’m quite analogue with filming. Wow, I discovered in forearm side plank that my shoulders aren't as strong as they used to be! Thank you for helping me assess where I am in my core strength.
Forearm planks always let you know in the most direct and honest way huh?! I often do pilates too to keep my back on track. So many moves challenge me too xx
