- iOS 17 just came out, and with it came tons of new ringtones and alert sounds! All of them are pretty interesting, and it's nice to finally get new ones since it's been about 10 years since we last got them. In this video, I put all the new iOS ringtones into a tier list and rate them for your entertainment. Did it work? are you entertained? nice? ok cool? thanks for watching and reading. you are kind.

you need to listen to these songs while holding your phone! the haptic engine is insane
like some of the base notes will vibrate at the same resonance as the tone.
DUDE! I noticed that!!. That was one of the reasons that I wanted to make the video. Radial is actually super nuts when played out of the phone. The way that they use the haptic engine as almost a fake subwoofer is incredible. I’d love to see that tech scaled up and used somewhere else.

Radial is a great default, otherwise I agree
The problem with some of these so called "nice chill ringtones" is that they are meant to be ringtones...If they are too quiet you won't even hear them! I think though....we definetely have polar opposite ringtone taste judging by this video hahaha Arpeggio and Radial and Shelter are S tier IMO.

YES! Super happy you made a video covering the new ringtones! I noticed them after updating to iOS 17 and was blown away at how many sound like video game soundtracks or LoFi. I set Departure as my ringtone so lots of validation when you picked it as S tier! A lot of them to me have that Minecraft/C418 vibe you mentioned (also Geometry Dash which my whole channel is based on) and I love it so much as the 2010s nostalgic that I am.

Chalet & daybreak are awesome to wake up to, chirp as well is one of my personal favourites. The short ones are also for like alerts which you don’t want to go on for long

New ios ringtones I've never used an iPhone as I use android but a ipad but the alarms/ringtones I loved from ios7 was night owl and constolaion and ios5 xylophone.
