    I'd love to see you make doughnuts, whether old fashioned buttermilk cake ones or nice fluffy twists or even beignets.

      Hi Luna, I have actually been thinking about that. I had a request for sponge cake and have experimented with a hot milk sponge, and will also try a very light sponge with whisked eggs whites. But I also thought that an 'all in one' Victoria sponge would be good. I have done it before on my b log, but I don't think I was making videos then, so maybe time for another version.

    Not good for me this recipe ....I would eat the lot I love lemon flavoured things a@with the topping well thats just " the icing on the cake" they look scumbolious as my grandaughter always says thanks Geoff xxx♡♡♡
