That’s one of my favorite run combos but this year because of the snow I just take upper white nitro to bracket basin

Wish that I still had the legs for that! Unfortunately, being 70 years old kinda limits your options!

Do you know the name of the glade when you first started descending in bracket basin? 4:50

So where'd you end up after this?

Probably out to Lower Stubs Trail and from there out to Snubber Lift. There's a small amount of walking involved if you go way down.

Dude, you’ve gotta stop reaching forward with your polls before each turn. It looks really stupid and it serves no function.

@@chadrew6 @chadrew6 no offense, man - but unless you're an instructor or a PSIA examiner it's hard for me to take your technique comments seriously as I don't see any skiing going on in your channel.
One thing I am trying out this season is going with a shorter length as an experiment, I've started doing it with my adjustable poles.
I don't know if what you are commenting on is an artifact of GoPro recording and the fisheye effect? If you watch video of people using the chest mount while skiing it frequently makes their technique look terrible IMHO, and that's just due to the camera view. It makes it look like they are wildly swinging side to side across the hill and skiing in the backseat.
Can you give me an example of a video of similar skiing that you think looks "good" from a pole usage perspective?
