Idk about faster and for sure not cheaper!i buy cypress for 1.50 board ft. And stop finger jointing boxes 15 years ago!!but joint with glue and 1 5/8 screws,still using boxes from 10 years ago and no rotting were water gets in the fingers. Cost me about 4$ a box and I’m ruff on equipment....

Dont remember the dimensions. I never made the jig because I haven't built any more hives.

Nice job, good to see someone using staples! With glue it seems like a quick and economical solution
Where did you get that table and clamps?
John Harris the table is a harbor freight welding table and the clamps came from menards.
And hate cup handles,use cleats better grip
