Swan? Really? It's uh, a little hard to miss him. I think the better question is how many people HAVEN'T encountered Swan, the number would be very, very low.
same I was minding my own business I actually found him using V.A.T.S for the first time and he showed up neutral so I thought" Hmmm maybe he's friendly?". Nope he Jumped out of his little pond and scared the shit out of me.
The “unlimited” Gatling laser is brilliant. You still have to use a portion of your fusion core, but beyond that the ammo is infinite. They made sure there was still a drawback, even if that drawback is really small. I love it!
Trey Morrison I usually go in that direction and I just rain rockets on that spot whenever to kill the roaches I guess I killed him.that way and never.notice it lol
Hidden? 3 of them are just from following quests. Swan is the worst kept secret in Boston Commons. Could of given a shout out to Dando and his 2 dogs. or the Synths hiding in the theater, or even T.S. Wallace next to Greygarden. There are lots of strange encounters you won't see if all you do is follow the quest markers.
What about the unique synth near 'The Edge of the Glowing Sea' that drops a unique institute weapon, there's two or three named dogs near 'University Point' which are up on a damage green freeway section, there's a named raider with two to four followers 'random event' near Malden which i've found three times in 5 playthrough's.
Wynter Foxx the dude put in some hard work and made a nice vid. i chose to give him credit for it. but, there are always people that prefer to toot their own horn and say "what about this" or " what about that ". the vid states 5 encounters you may have missed. not every single encounter any way
For my two first playthroughs of FO4, I never got Swan to emerge because I went to save Nick aproaching from Goodneighbour and never actually walked pass the pond itself. I heard one raider once saying something like "screw this let swan take care of him" and I tought that Swan was just a raider boss :D On my third playthrough I once again aproached from Goodneighbour but then I saw Swan walking around the pond and after that I checked the wiki pages and realized that he was there all along.
I remember finding the door to the first Behemoth Super Mutant you listed, while playing a really hard survival character. The door was HUGE, and I could hear a giant monster behind it... I decided to leave because I wasn't equipped enough to fight it. I basically still have nightmares of my character being down in that factory, looking at that door again! xD
Swan is also an Easter egg for the book "swans song" it's a great book it's about a nuclear Apocalypse and the main little girl is named swan shes sorta a mutant but she's got powers that let her talk to plants and control them
one idea i had while playing FO4 was how cool it would be if Bethesda had their own Super mutant faction or two basically i thought it would've been cool if we encountered Fawkes and uncle Leo but on opposing sides of a brutal mutant war and as the player you would have the ability to interact with them both as long as you brought something as a peace offering like food or ammo or crafting resources before entering their camps ...anyway these two conflicting factions would've been driven by the ideologies of their leaders with Fawkes creating a faction to liberate his mutant brethren and rehabilitate them ...while uncle Leo created a fanatical sect of cult like mutants who reinforce their own brand of supremacy such as whats yours is mine and whats mine is mine and basically these Super mutant factions would have different armors and colors as well as looks like tattoos and raider hair styles and scarification example uncle Leos would have fur and animal skins combined with Robot parts ...while Fawkes would have had a combination of pre-war outfits and super mutant armors but with faction re-color/ insignias and in between would be your typical non faction super mutant scavengers...so all in all the idea would be to have more variety in the Super mutants we encounter / interact with as well maybe some familiar and unique new characters that are voice and with stories of there own.
But... Uncle Leo does not want violence right? If your talking about a different one then I am then I'm sorry but there is a Super Mutant in FO3 named Uncle Leo who sees you as a good friend if you even talk to him ( even if you rob him. In face he'll even ask you to please talk to him again if you ever see him.... which is really sad come to think of it... )
that's why i mentioned Fawkes and Uncle leo as their leaders and who also happen to be two intelligent east coast Super mutants as being their leaders....also if Super mutants can make their own armor i'm fairly positive they could also make a few primitive body/face tribal markings if not on there own then with the help of a superior and intelligent super mutant like Fawkes or leo.
it's true Uncle Leo was a little unusually friendly in FO3 but aside from that though he wasn't much of anything else which is why i felt like he'd be a prime candidate for something more so in my idea i was imagining what it would be like if his brand of peace was warped into a cult like ideology enforced by radical followers seeking to subjugate the people of the wastes into stripping themselves of their belongings and individuality and becoming apart of his tribe ...those who do to a life of servitude...and those that didn't erased from the face of the earth....although i agree it was very unoriginal of Bethesda to bring back Liberty Prime for FO4 (though not because he was a character more because he was a very large and very powerful piece of tech) i don't think it's such a bad idea to have reoccuring characters in fact i feel it helps to strengthen the fictional twist that Bethesda puts into their Fallout games the main reason i had this idea was because i was a little fed up with the Super mutants just being cannon fodder when instead they could have a larger impact on the Fallout's yet to come like the Masters Super mutants in Fallout 1-2-NV ....even though they have made Fawkes,Uncle Leo,Strong,Erickson, those character are more or less one off companions that don't really shape the larger world in Bethesda's Fallout's what i want is not for the Super mutants to be the main focus of all their games but just for them to be on the same level as the brotherhood as a faction that we could interact with as well as some cannon fodder.
The behemoth in the thumbnail made me think of the one you can find out in a makeshift stone henge made from destroyed cars. It's a fun find and there's a suitcase with a good bit of sturdy combat armor
I knew 3/5 hidden enemies in the video (technically 4 but couldn't find the Radroach king.) I didn't know there was a Rouge knight so that's cool... For a leader maniac of Raiders.
I actually found Dead Eye on accident today. I was just scavenging places when I went inside of that house. After killing super mutants I found a terminal that said my player was a warhero and did a speech in Concord. Weird.
SA Rise because fallout 4 is a sham compared to the amount of content in fallout 3 and new vegas, literally only five things (i still find videos of things i never knew about or seen with fallout 3 and new vegas) and they have dlc content and swan the thing you have to go up to during the main quest smh
I'm shocked Shipbreaker isn't on this list. That mini boss actually had some cool lore behind it as well. Red Death would've been a funny one to add lol. That one got me.

What about the Deathclaw in Vault 88 in the Vault-Tec Workshop DLC? You're tasked with cleaning up the place and learning your around the vault, scrapping most everything in sight. Scrap a particular rock wall and it's just walking around, waiting to kill something.
Theory of Venom bit weird how it would work but cool. maybe we don't need it. one time I saw a robot the big walking ones It was about to kill me then a brother hood knight chased it off. about 2 days in real time I found it close to were I first saw it, it was next to the dead knight probably killed by it's op head lazer. it's legs were blown off and it was draging it's self to me with one arm. it charged it's head lazer then I simply pulled out my signature side arm and shot a single bullet in is head. all that and it wasn't scripted
Maybe a future mod! It would be great, he appears when you least expect it with his goons. At the end when facing your Nemesis, a raider with a bloody sack over his/her head with a metal plate poking out. Their body is all scared up, limbs replaced with synthetics.
If you go to where Dead Eye is and talk into the mic in front of him you'll say "War, war never changes". Seeing videos like this only confirm to me what I already know, i've been everywhere and done everything in this entire game and in all the DLC too, same as Fallout 3, same as New Vegas. But whenever I play Skyrim, I feel like it will never end, which is good.

I found 3/5 of these. 1- grun is sort of a quest line thing. just read the computer logs. 2- regi -not yet encounted 3- swan ?unknowen? 4- dead eye is also part of a quest and is just inside a building 5- botherhood knight - didn't play long enough to get him.
I think I've seen all of these, though I'm not sure. Swan was fighting something one time when I turned up so I'd assume that started when he was already walking around. Also this answered a very puzzling question about why I dead to what I thought was a wandering member of The Forged, it was the Roach King. Lol
I panicked when I found grun. I was trying out a new set up for my gun and had brought power armor when fighting the behemoths in the commonwealth, which I left there.
I find it really weird that the super mutants in Fraternal Post just aren't there unless Deadeye sets off the alarm. If you kill him without being heard, it makes the building useless.
When I first started playing the game, I had no idea that Swan was a thing. So imagine my low level face when I ran through the pond, saw a giant super mutant emerge from the water, and then realize that I had very little supplies
seem to remember from somewhere that Edgar Swann was actually a member of the postwar institute and the FEV he had used on him was supposed to make him more intelligent. when it stopped working the institute dumped him in the pond. would make sense considering the institute has an FEV lab
There's a nice hidden enemy down by the Charter School in the south (blanking on the name, pink goo food paste place). Fast travel there, turn around, look for 5 cylindrical concrete structures in the swamp. Go up to the only door there is and open it.
Swan's exposure and escape was much more recent that just after the war. If you mention him to Virgil he says something about knowing Swan, either hearing about him or knowing him personally, I don't remember. That and the fact that the institute was formed AFTER the bombs fell.
Hermit Crabs aren't exactly a "hidden" enemy despite them being able to hide in their shell. If that was the case, you could call the Anglers from Far Harbor hidden enemies too because they hide in the water as glowing plants until you get too close. "Hidden" enemies tend to be 1 of a kind and very unlikely to be encountered unless you do a certain task. And then once you kill them, that's it, there isn't another one of them so once they are gone, they are gone. Hermit Crabs aren't one of a kind because you can encounter multiple of them in Far Harbor once you reach a certain level....they are just pretty uncommon so you just won't encounter them as often as some of the other enemies on the island.
I can't believe that Warner Brothers is so desperate that they created an ad that plays the ENTIRE new LEGO Movie, if you don't press the skip ad button. And you already know I skipped that weak shit to watch some FudgeMuppet
I found swan by accident I was lost so I actvated V.A.T.S and it locked me with a random swan boat (the hp wasnt red yet) I though nothing and shot it, suddenly he roased and I ran away as fast as I can
Christmas Santa bethesda mostly choses the good karma ending so probably dawnguard but they again the pic for the doc showed a default dragonborn with red eyes so either one
Neither. In canon it won't be the DB but someone. Like they did for oblivion with the guilds. Leaving it as a choice for the player to decide who did it. Meaning that you could basically decide it when the next tes comes out in 2487 comes out
Reggie is a reference from Fallout 3, in Fallout 3 there is an enemy called the roach king, and he had a mini gun, he also had several radroaches as his friends when you found him
If you have not found Swan you probably don't own Fallout 4.
Franklin Tucker ikr he’s so common in the Boston common
I beat fallout, got to level 50 last time I played, rebuilt the minutemen, ect. And I never crossed paths with swan
Franklin Tucker true
Franklin Tucker I haven't found him. Granted I never had a need to investigate the water though I was absolutely in the area a shit ton of times.

for swan - it's actually proven that the institute put him there and made him a behemoth from a scientist. Even Virgil tells you this.
Random Ninja Yea he stole smokes from within the institute (he used to work there) so they turned him into a super mutant and he eventually escaped
Seems like a reasonable punishment.
nah... he put himself there... xb but yes.. he is that way cause of the institute...

Not for that one, The waypoint directly shows the door next to swan.
For my two first playthroughs of FO4, I never got Swan to emerge because I went to save Nick aproaching from Goodneighbour and never actually walked pass the pond itself.

Yeah the mutants aren't smart enough generally to form separate tribal patterns on their own.
At least on east coast
WEST COAST MUTANTS BEST MUTANTS
that's why i mentioned Fawkes and Uncle leo as their leaders and who also happen to be two intelligent east coast Super mutants as being their leaders....also if Super mutants can make their own armor i'm fairly positive they could also make a few primitive body/face tribal markings if not on there own then with the help of a superior and intelligent super mutant like Fawkes or leo.

A man lost in grief who denies any and all companions.
420k subs bro!🔥🔥🔥
I think I've seen all of these, though I'm not sure. Swan was fighting something one time when I turned up so I'd assume that started when he was already walking around. Also this answered a very puzzling question about why I dead to what I thought was a wandering member of The Forged, it was the Roach King. Lol
DLAlucard Swan wasn't really hidden but when I first met him I shit myself from the jumpscare xD
I didn't know about Reggie or the rogue knight. Thanks! Something new to keep an eye out for in game. :)
I found swan the hard way
I panicked when I found grun. I was trying out a new set up for my gun and had brought power armor when fighting the behemoths in the commonwealth, which I left there.
I thought it said hidden memes
morty well of course you would think that
"Here I'll mark it on your map Morty."
Ikr
💩😲😖
I remember Swan the first time I saw it. Had no idea it was there and it was a great moment of surprise.
Can't get enough fallout! 😃
Really? What with F4 and 76 I've had more than enough shit fallout games.
I find it really weird that the super mutants in Fraternal Post just aren't there unless Deadeye sets off the alarm. If you kill him without being heard, it makes the building useless.
So is there 4 or 5 different enemies?
When I first started playing the game, I had no idea that Swan was a thing. So imagine my low level face when I ran through the pond, saw a giant super mutant emerge from the water, and then realize that I had very little supplies
where can i find Erikson? i always wondered what happened to him
RyokoYoichi he’s in a crashed plan but idk where sorry
seem to remember from somewhere that Edgar Swann was actually a member of the postwar institute and the FEV he had used on him was supposed to make him more intelligent. when it stopped working the institute dumped him in the pond. would make sense considering the institute has an FEV lab
0:09 ..."I got a dope fallout 4 video for you..."
I'm out.
Xavier Rodriguez we got a badass over here
There's a nice hidden enemy down by the Charter School in the south (blanking on the name, pink goo food paste place). Fast travel there, turn around, look for 5 cylindrical concrete structures in the swamp. Go up to the only door there is and open it.
swah isn't hidden
and the rogue knight isnt hidden
Actually I’ve never seen swah before
swan* and no
@@WhyIs.ThisHere Nani the fuck
Swan's exposure and escape was much more recent that just after the war. If you mention him to Virgil he says something about knowing Swan, either hearing about him or knowing him personally, I don't remember. That and the fact that the institute was formed AFTER the bombs fell.
U forgot the hermit crab lol
They are more hidden than swan to be fair...
Grün is German for green, the color of super mutants
I found swan by accident
I was lost so I actvated V.A.T.S and it locked me with a random swan boat (the hp wasnt red yet) I though nothing and shot it, suddenly he roased and I ran away as fast as I can
Same
Found all but the Rogue Knight
Technically, you don't find the Rogue Knight....he finds you. XD
I actually didn't know about Deadeye at all and I cleared that post out.
what side did the dragon born chose in canon dawnguard or vampires
Christmas Santa bethesda mostly choses the good karma ending so probably dawnguard but they again the pic for the doc showed a default dragonborn with red eyes so either one
Thanks
jackflash you can turn vamp while helping the DG
U join Hermeaus Mora's side...
Neither. In canon it won't be the DB but someone. Like they did for oblivion with the guilds. Leaving it as a choice for the player to decide who did it. Meaning that you could basically decide it when the next tes comes out in 2487 comes out
"Another settlement needs your help. I'll mark it on your map"
I killed dead eye too.
As a level 150 with 6 days poured into the game, I have never seen the Roach King, and I've passed through that location around 8 or 9 times.
Happy 420
This year’s 420 wasn’t very happy.
Reggie is a reference from Fallout 3, in Fallout 3 there is an enemy called the roach king, and he had a mini gun, he also had several radroaches as his friends when you found him
2:25 **minigun**
I got a gatling laser, no mini gun
Kiwi_ Dont_fly Depends on your level, I got both miniguns and Gatling lasers...
TBC oh k
That gatling laser is too buggy to be considered amazing
