Yeah her throwing up under the bridge

"Hey you know the infection that killed billions of people? Yeah I'm immune to it."
"Okay. Cool. I'm pregnant."
Always hated that in this scene. Obviously being pregnant is an important thing for people to know but being immune is even more significant and Dina just goes “yeah ok but I’m pregnant” and completely draws attention away from it when realistically she should care a lot more than she seemingly does. I’m not one of the people who thinks Part 2 is poorly written by any means but the reveal that Dina was pregnant certainly was
“Ellie… I think I’m pregnant”
“Don’t worry, it’s not yours”
"I already told you this dina but you was busy tryna get some ass!"
thats what i was thinking thoo
I mean I don't blame her. I would pound that if you know what I'm saying. Damn Ellie's got it going on.

I screamed at my screen "I TOLD YOU!!" when Dina was like "I saw you breath spores"
I think the most emotional scene for Ellie is when Joel finally tells her the truth and she breaks down crying about it this scene is just Dina being Dina 😏
What truth
@@Aspirinxthe truth about how the first game ended. He lied to her and said the fireflies had many immune people and each time they failed to make a vaccine so they gave up looking for a cure, but we all knew what really happened

Ellie: I’m immune!

Dina is kinda contradicting herself here. She doesn’t believe Ellie is immune but in the same scene says she witnessed Ellie breathe in spores. Girl, what more proof do you need?
She's in denial
Its called being in shock
It’s called having doubt. Of course she’s be relieved to hear Ellie is immune after seeing her breathe spores
She knows the infection isn't immediate. She's upset because she thinks Ellie is the one in denial.
She was also thinking about those times she locked lips with her too lol
Is this “the most emotional moment of Ellie”? Out of all the moments in the game, this is the MOST emotional moment? Really?

The most emotional moment will be in the second season of the series, when fans of this series will watch Pedro Pascal get his head crushed.
Wouldn't be anything new tho, right? 😁
I always hated how Dina just kinda skips over reacting to this reveal by pulling attention back on herself with her own reveal and never even mentioning it again.
My thoughts exactly. I would ask a million questions.
@@NEGAN__ this is the second time ellie told her and because she cares for ellie she chose not to bring it up when jesse shows up so they can talk about it 1 on 1 probably but uh… things happen and they take priority. d
@@apotsmokinjedi first time didn't count, Dina thought she was joking. Second time she saw and Jesse didn't show up until way later. Of course they talked about it later, like when they were in the farm, but i wanted to see her full reaction, not just "okay, cool Ellie, i think i'm pregnant"
She just saw her breathe spores it was kinda obvious at that point
@@theoutsiderjess1869 Realizing isn't reacting. Imagine finding out your girlfriend who you've known for years was actually immune to the virus that ended humanity and had covered it up this whole time. Would you not have at least a few questions about that?
The most emotional moment in TLoU2 has to be when Ellie confronts Joel at the hospital and he tells her the truth. I highly recommend this game, it’s not exactly a 10/10 but it’s definitely worth playing!
It is not
@@Arrowzeditzmove along then. I love this game
It is most definitely not a ten out of ten, everyone got their opinion but this game holy fuck has the worst characters like antagonists and lovers BCUS THERE LITERALLY ARENT ANY REAL ENEMIES OR LOVE INTERESTS.
It would be if it made any sense at all, they really exaggerated this I was supposed to die bullshit
Pretty sure it's when she was watching him get murdered and is begging him to get up, and begging Abby not to kill him
Man I just can’t get over the graphics in this game
I just passed this part, so good!!! 🥺🥺😭
But u got a onlyfanz tho?
I'm wondering in the incoming second season how Ellie would prove to Dina that she is immune since there is no spores in the TV series. I doubt Dina would hesitate to delete Ellie if she gets bitten.
obvs she would hesitate. she’s literally her lover
They’ll just make her get bit again
Obviously, they are gonna develop their relationship to the point where Ellie gets bit but Dina will hesitate...cause she loves her that much. Simple.
Graphics are incredible
It’s kinda cool being immune, kinda feels like having a superpower or something.
But the cons are:
-people keep dying on you
-clickers will rip you apart otherwise.
Dina's gotta be the most seflish character in this game. I couldn't stand her.
How? Genuine question ❓ bc I haven't played the game 🎮 -
Dina and Ellie the best characters
Most emotional moment for me had to be when she tries to play guitar one final time
The fact they never bring up Ellie’s immunity after this just sucks
When did they need to
They did
@@JACKRIDERPLAYZ it's not exactly a small matter
@@basketcas3717 they brought it up a lot in The Last of Us why would they need to bring it up more in the second game?

Ellie I’m pregnant but don’t worry it’s not yours.
✨Ellie’s magical finger✨
lool
Probably one of the best parts of HBO season 1 was Ellie’s mom giving birth scene. Showing how it happened.
the show and the game arent the same universe
Man these graphics
When they find Tommy’s horse slaughtered by the infected Diana pukes and not of the horse guts and smell cuz she was pregnant I played it with the documentary commentary from the actors of the game and it’s quite funny to listen to and quite interesting what they experienced
When the writers forget that, she already explained it to her and already showed the evidence before this scene.
I don't think they forgot. I think you forgot that Dina didn't take Ellie seriously the first time.
she literally says "i told you"
I genuinely think that bringing up Dina pregnant in this moment kinda destroys the important moment about Ellie’s immunity and puts that in the back burner kinda taking you out of the story, maybe that’s what the writers wanted you to feel, like Ellie’s immunity is important but there’s more important stuff to focus on I dunno.
There is a tally a reason why ellie is immune. But it comes from the TV show and not the games so idk if it's cannon or not.
But ellie mother got bitten as she was giving birth to the ellie. So because she was in her uterus and babies in the uterus are basically immune to anything, the corticepts were highly weakened and ellie became immune to any other version of it.
Yeah that's the show version. In the game version Marlene explains that the fungus inside Ellie has mutated and can't grow.
@@meaburro4207 i like the show version more One of the few Times that show was better than the game
haven't caught up with the show, but that's idiotic. So anyone can just line up pregnant women and clickers and let them get bit as they're giving birth. That solves the whole infection issue.
Humanity gone to shit on the other hand....
@@williamwilliams8809 doesn't mean it will work with everyone, since everyone is different.
she could be a 1 in a million chance.
but what we dont know is if ellie were to bite someone would they go full blown infected or become like ellie.
I rather think she's imune because she is, done. Not everything needs a explanation, TLOU isn't about explaining why she's imune, just like TWD isn't about explaining where the zombie virus came from, somethings are better with interpretation or none at all.
I prefer the game where it never tries to give it a reason, i always interpreted it had something to do with her mother being imune too or her father. I think that would be cool for exploring in a possible Part 3. And i also prefer in the game where you don't really know if Anna is alive or dead, i wish the show had done that too. Just to see her mom was cool enough, but leave us with a possible future for that, just like in the game if they put Anna on Part 3, Ellie would have someone again.
The chemical burn
i LOVE this game more than anything in the world. i’m not exaggerating. like seriously it’s been my number one fixation for the past three years. but i have always felt that this scene could have been done a little better. dina doesn’t put up much resistance with her disbelief like she was set up to do at the beginning of the scene (and way earlier in the weed den), and watching ellie breathe spores should have been the biggest piece of evidence and it should have been the thing that won her over. and then the attention is pulled towards her being pregnant and ellie’s immunity is never talked about again between the two, which is so weird to me. her immunity is pretty much the inciting incident for all the events in the first game, and it’s inadvertently what gets joel killed in the long run, so for it to get put on the back burner for the entirety of part 2 is a little disappointing to me. i wish ellie and dina could have had more conversation surrounding it. i still love the game more than life itself though lmao
your so wrong joel's death was the most emotional moment of the last of us 2 because was the only strate one
Ashley Johnson man oooh man
Her Immunity comes in clutch when you don’t have a gas mask other than that it’s pretty useless she’s not immune by getting shot or ripped apart
What? People get bitten or scratched all the time without dying
@@I_Jakob_I my comment was to merely explain the pros and cons to her immunity. It says nothing in my comment where people get bitten or scratched.
This is not that emotional of a scene I would say seeing Joel get his head smashed like a pumpkin or ellie's last convo with Joel at the end of the game is way more emotional than her telling Dina she's immune shit even Abby seeing her father murdered in that flashback scene is more emotional
Dina's hairline gives me life.
The best games ever
Nope
The actual best bit is when they strip down and scissor each other and then get caught you can see ellie's foof for like a half second

@@gfyMisa ellie literally asked
@@gfyMisa ellie asked her to say something 😭 idk what people expect her to say like ‘woah you’re immune!! that’s so interesting how does that work??’ even though ellie is more worried about what’s going on with Dina in that moment
I would love to be able to play a TlOU survival fangame where you could get infected and build a giant fungal lair with spores lol.
I wonder how they'll play this in P2 without spores
easy, she'll probably get bit by one of Clickers and won't show signs as twitching or coughing also they can maybe not do the Tattoo on her arm and she can be covering her arm at all times until this moment that she shows her the bite marks on her arm, old scars and all
One thing about this scene that doesn't make sense with the first is Ellie goes: you can't get infected. Then when she bites David you can hear one of his crew go "oh shit David it's getting worse" or something along those lines
Because he was freaking out, seeing things that weren’t there.
In her journal she writes about how Cat, the woman who did her tattoo, kissed her and Ellie thought she infected Cat. Turns out that Ellie didn’t pass her infection on, she never could but only confirmed it then.
Damn it looks good
Well deserved game of the year award no game can come close even today
So I guess Ellie most likely truly is the only one immune in the entire world? Unless someone else was born during the apocalypse in the exact same way she was and the mother forced to do the exact same thing she was. Cause we finally see how she became immune properly although apparently in real life they claim the science and medical knowledge makes little sense.
Either way if there is a part 3 which there will be I’m sure, the only way it can end truly happily is if Ellie finally does sacrifice herself to save the world. I doubt Abby’s father is the only one who can do the medical procedure in the whole world. Chances are now that Ellie has pretty much lost everything thanks to her and Joel’s actions she only really has that option left to set things right. Plus it’s what she wanted before she even met Dina. And it can easily set up the plot for part 3 with her heading to the remaining fireflies like Abby did with Lev. And in the final part maybe they actually work together as we saw they finally set shit aside. Yes Abby killed Joel, Joel killed Abby’s father and like 75% of the fireflies and doomed the entire world. Abby let Ellie go not once but twice and also spared Dina the second time around because of Lev and Abby just wanted to have a new chance at life with him/her. Then Ellie still goes after her but finally in the end realizes it ain’t worth it and the cycle and technically saved Abby and Lev from that gang. There’s bad blood and good blood here among them. A very very bizarre complex relationship lol. Maybe in the end they both realize this world there in does shit to them and enough is enough. If Ellie meets Abby again but under the assumption she is going to give herself to the fireflies like what was meant to be it’s likely Abby and Lev would agree to protect her for the remaining journey to them so they could finally bring back normalcy to the world with a cure. It would be a awesome ending I think and seeing two people who hate each other work together regardless for a greater purpose.
I just wish Ellie and Joel had become lovers and had kids together instead of Naughty Dog turning Ellie into a pervert and sexual predator 😔.
I really hope you just have bad humor

The game wouldve faired much much better if they heavily wounded joel and left him for dead in an unknown area, leaving the players to guess what happened whether dead or barely alive and missing. People just didn't want to see joel die. Neither did players like that Ellie lost a few fingers making her complete unable to hold a tune on the guitar.

Yeah the LGBT propaganda shoved down players throats is the sole thing that stopped Part 2 from exceeding Part 1.
That’s why the true canon to me is that Ellie is straight and ends up with Jesse at the farm not Dina and it’s Jesse who abandons her not Dina.
Likewise I consider Lev to be simply a warning on the dangers of transgenderism.

They all came together cause Joel and Tommy went missing, said they’d split up cause they would find them faster. Dina and jesse do their route and meet back up. Ellie isn’t there. They know where Ellie went looking.
And then Ellie's immunity is never brought up again between these two. Because that's just the business as usual in this world 🙂.
Well what more do you want? Ellie told her the truth, Dina even watched her breathe spores, and Dina had time to process it while Ellie was on her revenge quest.
@@outdoorscholar6016 I would like at least one, even just ONE scene where they discuss the subject, and what it means to them. Because that's pretty significant thing in this world. I don't want the game to act like Ellie's immunity doesn't mean shit. It was one of the driving factors in the last game after all.
And just think about this scene right here. Dina hears and sees that Ellie is immune to this disease that ended the world pretty much, and then she suddenly just changes the subject to her pregnacy in the same scene. It almost comes across as her trying to compete with Ellie about which one of them has more shocking news to tell. Very weird.
And if the writers didn't want to let them have a discussion later, at least they could've let the revelation of Ellie's immunity breathe a little and sink in, and reveal the pregnancy just a little bit later.
Its not most emotional scene its just ok
This is why I prefer Bill and Frank over Ellie and Dina.
