Customer service at this company is top notch. Sent my pistol in for a few minor issues, (from what I was experiencing) and they are sending me a new gun. While it was there for repairs, I called them and asked if they could do the RMR cut and they said they were going to replace my firearm with a new one that already had the RMR cut for no extra cost.
I had a similar, I was able to get a used C2. I had a few concerns, and when I called they offered to take it back and inspect it. When I talked to them, they said the found the DLC applied to the frame was flaking. They went ahead and gave me a brand new one in its place. When you call, you get a person quite quickly. Top notch.
They also answer questions via email almost instantly. I’ve never seen a company with customer service this helpful and speedy. Extremely impressed
What issues were you experiencing with yours? Just curious
@@moisesramirez7898 grip safety would bind and prevent the gun from firing if I didn’t grip it in a particular way and everything felt gritty, like someone coated it in rubbing compound but forgot to clean it off the internals.

Great reviewing of this gun. I ordered one a month ago and went all in and got the tactical DUO, a Holoson 508t version 2, a couple different holsters, and some extra magazines. I'm hoping to see it arrive in the next week. Can't wait to shoot it!

I wouldn't consider a Chinese made optic "All in".
Just picked up my C2 Duo yesterday and I was so excited I had to get to the range right away and boy howdy does this sucker run and you're a 100 percent right brother, it's a tack driver. I also LOVE that it's got the ability to add an optic, I ordered the plate for the RMRcc last night and I think that will be a really good fit for this pistol. I can confirm the top round in the mag falling out or being forward when you drop the mag, happens every time for the most part. I was a bit disappointed that they did not included plates. I paid 2570 out the door with taxes and fees so some friggin' plates should be in the bag, they used to be with the DPO and that's the one I bought. I sold my Sig MPX to get this pistol because I know it's the pinnacle of carry options and my MPX just sat in my backpack whereas this will get used A LOT.
I love mine!! Waiting for a DPP to get back in stock for a red dot and have a Tenicor holster on the way!!

I absolutely love my C2 duo, I am running the Holosun 507c X2 green. This pistol is so smooth and so accurate I wants to carry it everywhere because I know how accurate it is! Makes me feel like not carrying any of my other smaller easier to carry pistols.

Mine is on the way and I already have the same optic. Hoping the combo of the greed LED and the circle-dot reticle will help me (slight astigmatism in my strong eye).

I have that “round moving forward” thing happen in my XDS and my USPc too. I figured some guns just do that, first I’ve seen someone mention it on UA-cam
Love the Aesthetics of the gun. Not sure about the rear sight being connected to the optic plate. If your screws come loose, which they all do. You now have irons and a red dot that are way off. Wish Staccato took a little more time designing this. To me, that's a major flaw. Beautiful pistol though

Looking for a OWB holster for carry and competition. What do you use for your C2?
Another Excellent video! I think I've ruined myself by getting this as my 1st handgun lol. I can't wait to shoot mine fast instead of the 1 Mississippi cadence most ranges will only allow. I love it with the Holosun 509T and TLR-7A. The holsters are taking too long to get here lol

It required no mounting plates and I had a Delta point I was not using

Thanks. Reloading on the move was part of the drill plan. We try to incorporate it all, shooting, reloading, and malfunctions while behind cover and while moving.

I am using an outside the waistband holster for a VP9 with the same light. I already had it and it turned out to be a good fit.

It’s really strange that the my C and ur C2 do it single Nd double stack but my custom 2011 that uses stacatto mags don’t do it wonder if the breach face is alil bigger I’m gona havta check u got me thinking now

Yeah, Bought and paid for and I plan to keep it for sure. You’ll love it Douglas, it’s a laser beam.
The C2 looks amazing. I might have to sell a couple kidneys to get it.
The best review of this gun is Sage Dynamics channel. He puts 2k rounds through it during the video.
Great review but I'm not happy that my trigger pull is 6 lbs. I'm sending it back to Staccato for them to fix this and to correct my rear sight being a tad bit to the right. I'm not hating one bit because I love this pistol but for the price you pay the pistol should be perfect out the box.

Does anyone have an issue with one bullet falling out of mag when you drop the mag ?

@@shootersresourcechannel642 so I fixed it by keeping ten in the mag and one in the pipe. Or whatever your mag capacity is. Mine is ten. The extra tension holds it tighter
Now we're talking. Got my P/rmr a few weeks ago. Changed my life lol. C2 dpo on the way now lol. Prob go w the delta point, but do u have an opinion on the delta point pro vs the rmr? I shoot the rmr like sniper rifle well.
I have both and like them both, I am not partial to either.
@@shootersresourcechannel642 hmmmm... i saw the delta point today. Lot bigger window thats for sure.
@@pjbiggleswerth8903 very true, the delta point has a better field of view.. the RMR is more compact and is supposed to be a little tougher so both have their pros. You can’t go wrong with either, the DP is typically cheaper.

For what is essentially a custom 1911 for $2k, that's a steal. Still can't justify the cost for myself. Maybe when I win the lottery.
Custom 1911 meets a double stack 9mm. It’s a great set up, but I agree, it’s not for everyone. There is a lot of gear I’d buy prior to a $2000+ pistol. Take care and thanks for stopping by the channel.

Same here, all 4 of my mags do it.
@@shootersresourcechannel642 this is a feed lip and mag spring issue for 2011 mags. Be sure to measure the feed lips per Atlas's guide and watch over the mag springs to ensure reliability.

To be fair, I think from Staccato's perspective, the word "Hero" in their advertising refers to anyone willing to pay $2500+ for one of their pistols. 😄😄

@@hurt1704 Size should be irrelevant when we are talking the difference of the two. Yes, the staccato is very similar size and weight. But when we get down to what each are, they can't be compared.
