    super cool- I did wear my trainers to support my injured body. Perhaps you were "off" because of the music? I think tribal beats or something more rhythmic would motivate. Regardless- I checked out your dance history:)- WOW. You are amazing & fun. Thank you - off to teach my fitness class- xo
