    Hi Anu,
Thanks for these lovely gluten-free recipes. Just a correction, Asafoetida is not gluten-free. The one you are using and which is generally available in powdered form contains plain flour which is the wheat component. If you use solid asafoetida, which is available in crystals, thats pure gluten- free one.

Anu Didi... I love your videos. Your recipes inspires me to cook more often. I have a quick question for you ... I noticed that you have a similar blender to mine . How do you clean the blender especially after grounding fresh masala powder? My blender always gets cumin and coriander seeds stuck at the bottom (which is a pain to clean).

Great recipes....I make these with the flours that are available....with one cup of rice flour...one cup of urad dal powder and whatever flour is in your pantry...of half cup each...Two to three cups of water depending on what dosas or pancakes you are making....the most important is half tsp of active yeast....one and half tsp of salt.....whisk it all in a bowl to avoid any lumps....add two tsps of oil....your batter is ready...to make...while you get the skillet ready...and your chutneys...is ample time for the fermenting to happen with yeast granules.Enjoy.....Let me know how you like mine.

Anu.... so yummy.... First of all let me tell you that I am a big fan of dosa. My hubby though does not like dosa too much so I am always lazy in preparing traditional dosa batter because it takes a lot of time. But quite recently I am trying to explore different options where you don't have to ferment dosa and what perfect timing. It's like you read my mind. I love all the options. I was familiar with the second one but I am so excited I got three new dosa recipes 🤣🤣🤣. Its so convenient to have these batters ready so that if you are tired or don't feel like cooking elaborate just make some dosa. Since you like to have convenient dosa methods, I recently tried a dosa where I soaked a cup of cannelini beans overnight and added just regular oats, green chili, coriander and ginger and then grind it to a smooth paste. The dosa tasted yum. If you have time do let me know how it tasted. Also in the last recipe, how do I make Jowar flour? Is it available in the market? I am going to make the first dosa batter today because I have all the dals in hand. Thank you Anu for another awesome video about my most favorite food at the perfect time. You are really my best friend because they are the ones who think alike. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

These Indian vegetarian recipes are amazing as they are so healthy and we Pakistanis and Kashmiris don't have them. I love the way you say pay-sa-rattu - happens to be a telugu word. I'm from andhra pradesh and we call it Peyh-sarattu here (not as fun as how you say it though ;)). Its refreshing to see so many formulations to make dosas. You're a genius to come up with all these varieties I must say. All my life I've stuck to traditional recipes. After seeing your recipes, I wonder how much protein I could've chugged through dosas up until now tbh. Well, they say it's never too late to try something good. I'll give this a try this week. Thank you for your efforts.
