I see that the weight of the cart exceeds the bottle end of the system and tries to lever it down. First thing I would do is grab that wire wheel grinder and clean up the joint between the cart and bottle attachment on both sides. Then put a few 2" stitch welds with your mig on the joints. Wire brush, paint, no more worries. Then, I would purchase the large spool for the mig, using your adaptor, and turn the welders 180 degrees to clean up the drawer access. With the other processes you have, you won't change the wire but once a year. 2 problems solved.
Awesome review exactly what I needed to know.. I've been on the fence about it but all I have is the everlast mts252 sti and I was worried about it actually holding up with two bottles on it. Now its it's safe to say I will be buying one at least for the mean time.
Great deal. I expressed concern over that jointing the video, well, I've rolled mine outside a dozen times or more fully loaded with welders, bottles, and stuff inside. Also, I've changed bottles prolly 6 times. Not a single issue.
A bit drawn out but a comprehensive video doing exactly what a review video should be. I have a Everlast 256S.. and your comments helped me know that this is not the cart for me, when coupled with my Miller MIG on top. cheers.
Ive been meaning to do a video on that. Thanks for reminding me. Hit that Sub button and click the bell. I'll record, edit, and add links, should be available Wednesday.(I'd just tell you but I forgot)
My choice was between Eastwood, HTP, and Everlast. I went with the everlast for AC/DC tig, plasma, & stick. It’s done well. I need to do a video on it.
Great review.... thanks! Only wish these were still $320 🙄. They're $450 now and rarely on sale.
Good review. Well thought out in all aspects. Thanks for posting.
Thank you

I can tell you now, after having it a while, that bottle side holds up just fine.
Great review. I just bought this cart last week off some guy that basically put it together and never used it. Brand new for 200 bucks lol. :)
Great deal.

Thanks for the vid been eyeballing this cart for a while
It's still going strong. Rolls around with 2 125cf cylinders on it, no problem.
I have an Everlast MTS221STi. The PowerPRO 256 does not do MIG as you stated. Otherwise, nice review.
I didn't catch that in editing.
Hey great video
Can you tell me what's the make of the valves you used to split your gas mix between your machines
Thanks

Good review. Question where did you get the plastic ring/hooks for the top of the bottles? A link would be nice.
I got these from art-zone.com but if you search hel-hook you have your choice of seller. They come in metal too, pricier though.
Have you looked at the new Eastwood 250IC multi processor it’s a 1000$ production machine does it all.

What size bottles cf?
What's the distance between the rear lip and the lead edge? Great review!
