I always thing the same thing.... I would like an estimate yearly cost if I were to eat all the freebees of powders and chocolates and nut mixes that Sarah eats. Because I was super excited to see the Loving Earth chocolate at my local market until I saw it was 6$ for half the size bars she has!! Cant hang I dont have that bank roll.

You should bring your own reusable bags to the supermarket, it's so much better for the environment! It's a small effort and has a great positive impact (maybe even more than buying everything organic) :)

Hi Sezzy! I've recently adapted to a Paleo based diet to heal my gut (similar to yours, minimizing meat & eggs as well as incorporating starchy carbs good for my body but also staying away from foods that are harmful to my blood type) and I've found it's really hard to find places to eat/find things to eat at certain places. Sometimes it's difficult for me to constantly be asking the waiter whether or not his beef is grass fed along with getting a salad without 5/8 of the ingredients 😂 i’d love to see a video on “making the diet work for you”, finding places you can eat at when you’re in a social group, what to eat when there’s nothing for you on the menu, pressures of “cheating” and how to make your own meal while eating out. thank you, you’re a great motivator for me!!

we say butternut squash in the US! So we have spagetti squash, butternut squash, acorn squash, etc.. I just think instead of pumpkin we say squash unless its a legit pumpkin (halloween)

I don’t know if this is a weird question but could you do a video about incorporating healthy fats into your diet? I always struggle to figure out what’s good for you and what’s not and I would find that super helpful.
in case she doesn't see this, good fats are avocado, olives, coconut, nuts, and seeds. fats that are not good for you are oils which you might not suspect but oils are an extremely processed food and most if not all of the nutrients are destroyed during the extracting process. hope this helps x

I'm following your channel since about a year now. I love your content: it is entertaining, educational, inspiring, great shots and music. Seeing Australia in your videos, inspired me to set aside 200 euros every month for a semester at the uni in Melbourne. However, it will take me 2 years to get the money together, since that place is freaking expensive :D
Anyways, 6 months ago I stopped taking the pill, because I noticed that it changed me. I was crying a lot and took everything personal. I did not like how I was back then. So I decided to stop taking hormones.
At first, everything was fine for about 3 months. Then in September 2017 I got a lot of tiny little bumps on my forehead and with time it got more and more. Two weeks ago I finally had enough. My acne was really bad. It was itchy, red and impossible to cover up with make up. So I did research, a lot of it.
There were not a lot of changes I could make since I already eat very healthy. No smoking, alcohol about 4 times a year, no processed foods, no meat, cheese maybe once a month and no other diary products. This meant that I ate a lot of rice, oats and whole wheat noodles. I quit everything that could potentially make me break out: anything with too many carbs, no grains, no coffee and even my beloved dark chocolate and started to supplement zinc, magnesium and vitex... It worked and it works. People look at me weird when I'm at the canteen and order a big portion of veggies with a big salad on the side, but #actconfidentandnoonewillquestionyou, right? ;)
It takes a lot of time and I am very restricted, but at least my skin isn't inflamed and itchy anymore.
Something weird that is happening as well is, that I seem to remain at the same weight even though I doubt that I consume enough calories for maintainance, veggies are very filling. I train since 4 years and 4 to 5 times a week and also started going to accupuncture once a week.
How long does it take for it to disappear? Do I need to eat forever like this? I do not dare to not stick to that diet because I am so scared even though I got a big sweet tooth. What can I do to support my body even more?
I watched all your videos on this, but it seems like there is nothing else I can implement into my life to see quicker change. All articles I read and videos I watch say the same things.
Could you make another video on the topic?

Hey Sez! I was just wondering what your preference is for shoes at the gym and for your 5 k err day?.
