They know you’re pregnant and with your hormones you say you feel not yourself in the sense of being in that mindset of work prep 100% of the time now… but you sitting in on those meetings is still valuable for just your perspective and so much more! In norway the pregnant woman goes on m.leave 3 weeks before the duedate (mandatory). Then the mother have 15 weeks, 16 weeks can be for the mother or partner, then 15 weeks for the partner. All 100% paid if you were working befor the m.leave :)
