There are several components to treating bladder control issues at home. One plan I discovered which successfully combines these is the Nilah control plan (google it if you're interested) definately the most incredible resource that I've heard of. Check out the super information .
I do occasionally get a case of irritable urethra where I feel like I have to urinate, even when my bladder only has a few milliliters(even at 5 mL, I sometimes feel like I have to urinate if I have irritable urethra). This makes me feel like right as I get out of the bathroom, I have to go again and usually I only pass 1 or 2 mL if I listen to my body and have irritable urethra. And I do get urges but it is from an overfilled bladder so the urge is reasonable. Sometimes this urge from an overfilled bladder is so bad that I have to sit on the floor and squirm, just to not loose urine. My momma told me that I should let the sensors in my bladder tell me that I have to go before I get an urge. But that is sometimes hard because sometimes I go from not feeling like I have to go to having an urge in seconds. Valsalva does not make me more likely to urinate and I don't have a blockage or an adhesion either.
I hate to drink something, I only had one small bottle of water in afternoon and one can of pop with my supper, I had to go about 15 during the night, it sucks I don't want to drink anything anymore, cause I can't make it to the washroom at times ,
I'm sorry to hear that Crissy, but don't forget that there are many treatments for your problem (i liked the video called 'urinary incontinence' on ytb), don't be shy to contact a physician they can find a solution adapted to your specific situation

What medications cause this? I feel a lot of people have this issue due to meds
