Is it pretty pricey to get blanks cut from waterjet? Do they normally have a certain sized sheet of steel?

Not bad I pay between 6-8 per blank. But I supply the steel. I use Long Island Waterjet

No set angle I just did it by eye. Angle of the push stick does not have to be precise.
