If you increase air going into your engine (intake, charge pipe etc) you also want to increase air leaving the engine with the downpipe that has the aftermarket cat.
Good video man! I have ZZ's turbo back, TB, charge pipe, intake and tune. The car is bonkers compared to stock and it sounds amazing. I have some other mods that were done by BoostKingz so check out the video
Just watched it that was dope man. I also had a tight fitting on that 02 sensor so what I did was I pushed up some of that aluminum coverings and they actually gave me more space. I was stoked they were able to reuse the old bracket on the down pipe. I couldn't get the new or old one to fit back in without a lot of tension but I'll try again now. Can you tell me what kind of tune you got, was it a street tune, performance. Since I don't have a tune yet I bet I'm running lean.
I just upgraded to the down pipe myself and I have the service engine light come on turn off come on stay on then turn off a few days later then stay on just ordered new sensors it’s a daily driver plugged into port to find out what was going on she’s running too lean but she runs really fast you can feel the difference
Yup I can feel the difference with the AC on. I never got a CEL but when I installed the DP I also cleaned fuel injectors with seafoam + its catted. I've also been meaning to spray some seafoam in the charge pipe to clean out my valves too cuz with 76k miles I know i got massive carbon buildup inside which could also make for a lean AFR cuz it'll lower the octane.
Installed the upper sensor and ordered a hand held reader basic one off the net cleared out on its own the day I was gonna use the hand held but haven’t installed the lower sensor going to install it this weekend when I do the muffler delete gonna do a 2.5 single y pipe with 2 outs 2.5 cut the tips off the original and install those instead of getting aftermarket tips does the same thing as getting one of those 500-1000 exhaust systems will let you know what happens after
@@juanjasso3238 Dope man lemme know how it turns out. More airflow more gains. Don't know if u got it yet but the zzp throttle body gave me the biggest gains b4 I even had the downpipe.
V- knights sure do have that that throttle body made a big difference if that don’t work then I’m gonna email customer support and y’all to them about a tune for my car
Maybe use the box end of the wrench when dealing with manifold nuts and bolts that way you dont round the edges.
You don’t mind me asking what is the benefit of upgrading downpipe??

Were you able to clear the CEL with the new sensors? and what code were you getting?

I came very close to clicking the video off when the music came on. It doesn't add anything; it detracts.
