- If you watched my last video, I had some amazing tacos already in Morelia. But on this food adventure, we're hitting up some of the best street tacos in Mexico City with my friend Sandy. And one of the best things about this taco tour is the use of hot oil that Taqueria Nacho has to put in their tacos. But Tacos Charly has got to be one of my favorites.

I love how Mexico embraces mushrooms, they are wonderful no matter what cuisine you prefer. I wish more Taquerias in Fresno, CA would embrace the fungi friend of all.

yo no se, algunas veces siento que no somos muy creativos, casi toda nuestra comida se basa en lo mismo, carne dentro de o en medio de algun alimento echo a base de harina o masa, tacos, sopes, tostadas, tortas, enchiladas, chilaquiles, flautas, burritos, quesadillas, etc etc, pocos son los platillos que de verdad son únicos y exquisitos

Mexican and Asian cuisine are on the top of my list. No disrespect to other culture’s foods, but Mexico and East Asia (as a whole) have the most DELICIOUS foods, made from scratch. Even their people with not a lot of money, understand how to utilize the ingredients from their regions and make outstanding dishes. Incredible flavors!
