I honestly think that this theory sounds pretty solid, only I can see him killing Sofia (a character the audience has sympathized with, after watching the hell she went through at Arkham)… I think Sofia will kill Oz’ Mom in retaliation, but she’ll also do it in a way that could expose Penguin to the law… and maybe to save himself, he’ll blame his own Mom’s inevitable death on Vic (another character we the audience sympathize with)… sending HIM to Arkham, where he’ll learn to hate Oz (like in the comics), and adopt the name Zsasz… thus becoming the infamous Batman villain: Victor Zsasz. Penguin will prove by the end that he’s willing to do WHATEVER it takes to reach the top (even throw close friends under the bus, and cover up his own mother’s death by pointing the finger at an innocent man).
In the Joker tales one off about Penguin. Penguin frees a young lady from a cage she's in awaiting to be sold for "reasons" they have a great time maybe even start to fall a little in love. Then she discovers the horrible things he's done and calls him out in it. Next scene he's saying how he wished things had worked out and all that, then they cut to her back in her cage. Source material lol
i dont think vic will actually die, one of the writers had described victor as the heart and soul of the series, so that to me seems like he's going to only become more important after the finale assuming they make a second season. i think oz will attempt to kill him, but he will actually become permanently disabled, like crippled by the attempt or something, and will side with sofia to stop penguin. that way penguin will always see victor's new disability as a consequence for his actions which will deeply unsettle him and set up for new interesting roads the show could take, rather than just killing him off and calling it.
