Hey Jason, I really love your meditations. Use them every day. I’ve noticed with these Affirmations that I find it difficult to really take the meaning in. I suspect it’s because you may be talking slightly too fast.
ACH!! There was this one meditation this guy did that I really Really liked but can't find!! It was talking about where you were walking across this old stone bridge into a little wooded area with a swing. I wanna see that meditation again so bad!! 😫
I got diagnosed with an anxiety disorder and I have been struggling and feel like I'm being tortured in my head. It affects me physically so much, nausea is the new norm and I can't get out of it. Therapy only helps so much, and I keep panicking. I know I am perfect okay and capable and safe, but something is telling me I am not. I can't break it. I'm stuck in this torture chamber which is my mind. I am thinking this is a safe space to get kind words and encouragement to help tell my brain and those voices to stop. I would appreciate any words you have for me, I am not okay.
