Maybe say an affirmation like " I Am at peace and able to sleep deeply throughout the night". Say this in the moment that you are drifting off to sleep. Hope this helps you to get a full nights rest 💤🌛

OMGGGGGGGGG PLEASE, PLEASE READ THIS FOR YOUR SAFETY AND INFORMATION!!! When I started playing this video, a vortex of energy opened up and a spirit came through the vortex to my third eye to my mind/brain on my left side and carried out a sleeping body and put it in a boat and that spirit swam away with the sleeping body. My third eye is open that is why I can see when things have spirits. I can’t say whether the vision I saw with this video is good or bad but it’s only fair for you guys to know what is happening when you play this video. I could see that the spirit was taking the sleeping body to what looked like the right side of my mind/brain. I promise you I was not asleep. I was awake! I also want you guys to know that God does exist🙏🤍🙏I’ve seen him too! Believe it or not, it’s honestly the truth. I have no reason to lie. We might think that we’re alone in this universe but he’s always watching over us🙏🤍🙏🕊️
