We live in Spokane, and a long time ago, you could park along the fence at Spokane International and get out and watch the incoming planes land…they would fly right over the top of you super low, as they were about to touch down! Sharing the story of taking Logan brought back a ton a great memories!

Bone broth question; I tried the Fire & Kettle bone broth for the first time! I didn’t like the taste of it & I’m so disappointed because I know the health benefits of bone broth are amazing! So my question is (to Nikki or other watchers) does it all taste the same or are there better brands?
Ok so have to type this very fast cuz this subject revs my nausea up currently, but NO! All brands do NOT taste the same. Kettle and fire is very bland!!! Fond is super expensive but INSANELY tasty. Like it’s not even in the same ballpark…. Dan was shook when he tried Fond and tasted the difference.. lol I could stomach the other one but Dan refused to even drink K&F after he tasted Fond. He only wanted that one Lolol
The easiest way to make bone broth is to roast your own chicken, take the meat off, then cover the bones and skin and fatty pieces (in the same pot you used to roast so it has all the juices from cooking) with clean water and simmer for 4+ hours. Nothing fancy. Has the flavour of the the seasonings you used to roast the chicken. Then salt and pepper and maybe some other spices to taste. Very simple!
