    This full body, fat burning workout with dumbbells consists of exercises for the whole body, including the arms and legs, glutes, core, back, chest and shoulders.
    It combines strength training and core and back strength exercises, with cardio exercises, Yoga and Pilates stretches and mindful meditation.
    This full body workout will help you to improve strength and core stability, muscle tone and to burn fat.
    And it will even increase bone density, which is really important if you´re pre, peri or post menopause.
    We begin with a mindful meditation and warm up stretch consisting of yoga and Pilates movements. After which we get into the dumbbell strength exercises which will help to maximise the strength in your legs and glutes, and your upper body and arms.
    These exercises are also really good for helping you to burn fat and lose weight fast, as they speed up your metabolism by increasing your muscle mass. There are also exercises to develop your core and back strength, which will not only promote correct posture but also alleviate any lower back pain.
    I recommend using 1-3kg dumbells for this workout (I´m using 2kg and it´s quite challenging!)
    To finish, in the cooldown stretch, we focus on being mindful with our intentions and breathing and stretch the muscles that we´ve worked during the workout with beginner Yoga and Pilates movements to increase flexibility and promote feelings of wellness and wellbeing.
