Subassembly Progress on AMT's 1960 Chevy Truck!

After two hours' wet sanding and polishing the paintwork came out really, really nice! I like the color a lot on this truck and can't wait to start putting the subassemblies together.
Wetsanding: I used Micromesh polishing clothes and pads from 1500 grit up thru 12000 grit. I then used Tamiya Fine Polishing Compound to bring up the shine and remote any remaining sanding scratches, then gave it a nice coat of wax and polished it out.
