I’ve had balayage done, ash brown (at least that’s what I ask for ) but my hair is so dry and tangled all the time, it’s not smooth and Silky unless I curl it or straighten it 😒

I'm not tryna be rude or anything but can someone explain why it's not advisable to use a metal spoon to mix up bleach but it's okay if a metal whisk is acceptable???

Do you use 30 volume all over the whole time? And then leave that on for the full 45-1? I love your results

My hairdresser also soaks the back of my shirt when rinsing me out to the point where I always wear black and an old shirt which sucks when I wanna go somewhere straight from getting my hair done ..🤔🤔🤔also gets my face all wet and my makeup comes off and my mascara runs ??💁🏼
