'Office' would also be a good place for a travel crib, and the 'desk' as a changing table. Just add a nice comfy changing pad.
I have this EXACT floor plan BUT the 2022 Coachmen Chaparral 373MBRB. I searched high and low to find another manufacturer with this floor plan to give me another option to decide between. It’s nice to see there is one! I love my RV and it’s perfect for my fulltime lifestyle! I work from home so I use the rear bunk room for work. I use my tv as a monitor! The outdoor kitchen is everything except I wish it had a sink. The separate rear entry door and bathroom makes up for that. I do wish the main bedroom was east to west. I think it would be super cramped if it did with so many rooms packed in one unit. The storage space is efficient. So many drawers and cabinets. Plus, I have discovered a few hiding spots to get things out of view. I also have carpet on my slides. I LOVVVEEEE the black roller shades in this one! I think the white attracts so much heat in this Florida sun. I think that’s the only differences from what I see other than the office. Which is a WINNER in this unit! I also noticed in my rv there is a tv backer on the wall next to the door to mount a very small tv (maybe a 19”). Also connections under the cabinet next to the door (in the office room). Maybe this one has it too. I was on the floor and noticed it. I place the tablets inside the cabinet to charge (random usb connections MATTER) out of the view of children who think they should use it while it charges lol! I chose my rv because even though I am short. My father is 6’6” and my brothers are 6’4”. I also have a large family! So we need the extra bunks for sleeping. I have this exact floor plan too! When I was watching this video it was like they were touring my home! 😁 When we were shopping last year every dealer we went to tried to convince us that a 3 bdrm with 2 full baths didn't exist. We finally found the Chaparral 373MBRB and knew it was the one. It works perfect for our family of 3 and we turned the middle room into an office to run our business. The one thing I like about the Shasta is that they extended the slideout floor in the middle room so a roller chair can sit perfectly level. Wish mine had that but overall can't complain. We love our little mobile apartment. ❤
That office would be my sewing room on the road! Brilliant!!

It’s certainly different from the usual fifth wheeler RV. A lot of thought has gone into its planning and the separate office is a wam dinger for a lot of people who work from their RV. I’m guessing it’s capable of being switched into a bunk or single bedroom.

Consider using the air compressor method of wintering. I have used this method two years in a row, and even camp during freezing weather and have no issues. Just completely blow out all lines with air before leaving the RV. I never use antifreeze.

Love the openness under the bed. Our mattress ended up molding underneath because of the lack of air flow. I ended up taking out the original platform and beside tables at put in our own open bed frame. So much better!

I like the 2nd bedroom being separate from the office. Great setup for homeschooling!! That way the bedroom can actually be used for relaxing and the office for school work!
They need to switch that drawer under the bed to open out, not in. they have the space on the side.
It is really nice! The only problem I see is how there is only a couch for 2 in the family room. With such a large rv there prob would be closer to 4 people in here. Otherwise it’s beautiful!!! Love the office!!
Yes I was thinking they should reverse it...do a small sectional on the fireplace side and the tv stand to the left of the fridge to allow for more seating

Hi!!! This is an Amazing fifth wheel!!! Lots of bells and whistles. To have a separate office is perfection!!! 2 bedroom and 2 full baths. Love love love this one. I wonder what the MSVP is? 18.52 in… maybe you tell at the end?
I wish they would have put a queen bed in that back bedroom I have just one kid would have been ideal.
You can always switch it up if you love all the rest of it. I think at least a full would fit there…

Pretty neat set up for a fifth wheel..lots of options for that office space..could even be an extra bedroom for small child or pet area maybe if you rhink the kitchen is not big enough this could be a huge pantry/storage..since I don't work from home I would probably have either a pet room or pantry/ storage...love the bunk area ..nice bathrooms..only wish the living area could have been bigger..I guess they think everyone can lay in their own bed and watch tv..lol

Just some feedback for the guy who ordered this, lol, it's obvious a man did the lay out! First, put the LR up front where head space in showers don't matter and entertainment can happen if someone is working in office. Second got to give the woman a pantry and better kitchen. Don't know how exactly that would look but that set up would sell out and keep selling out till the cows come home. We've been looking for an office set up in an RV and found that a toy hauler was really the only viable option to get a decent office space. This would work, but it always surprises me when you set up a layout to live in, but skimp on kitchen space and to me, it's always better to have the master bedroom not in that front space because of the height in bathroom. This wasn't bad it just makes more sense to have the living room up there for quiet in the office area. But that kitchen, o my, that was a big deal breaker, you can't live in an RV with a family with a kitchen that small, no way.
I love the bunk room and office, but have concerns about the kitchen. There seems to only be the drawer under the oven, and none for cutlery and kitchen utensils. Also, the overhead cabinet with glass doors seems to have very awkward access. I think anyone under six feet tall would have trouble getting anything in and out of it. I would have to use the storage at the table for dish ware.
I would totally use that extra office to do my Options stock trading on the road. Brilliant!
Great video! I wonder if the desk drawers are moveable so people who are left handed can also use that space comfortably. That stuck out to me for sure.
Bunks put back remove table put washer n dryer so u don’t lose space move tables in bedroom n make that a king and expand shelving underneath the bed move shelf in the bunk rm

You're a little incorrect Coachman 373 MBRB were the first to have this floor plan they've had it for a very long time. We bought ours in 2019. We've been full time for 5 years now 3 years of it we've been in the 373 MBRB because it's the only model that has three actual bedrooms. Nobody else has this floor plan just Coachman and now Phoenix does
I cam to say the same thing. I have a 2018... exact same except the office is a bedroom in mine. I also took thw table out of the kitchen and put in thw couch from the guest room and built trundle beds underneath the bunk.

So you can’t actually use the pull out sofa as a sofa right? Because the bunk above it looks like it is permanent and can’t be moved so there’s no head room for the sofa.

It was on carpet and there was a blank wall behind it that I thought might be an outside door.
Great RV for those who wish to have two bedrooms and two full bath and bonus work space.
I miss patio which might be accomodated opposite to kitchen by removing the dining slide.

This one is a half way decent 5th wheel, the only thing I noticed that you missed is the two doors on the opposite side from the windows in the dining area
I desperatly wish I could find a reasonably priced one with just an office like that. I just need a small private space to work and record videos so a bunkroom is overkill and I would rather have that square footage be used elsewhere. But this office is PERFECT. Unfortunately, the bunk room just takes too much space away from the living room and especially kitchen in this model.
On the floor plan it shows double bunks in the office room is there an option for bunks in that room instead of the office?
As far as clearance on that USB port in the office, I got some 90 degree USB adapters for our camper on eBay for $1 each...
God that would be amazing if they turned the office into a third bedroom for folks with girls and a boy !!!! That would truly be perfect I would have to ask leave the desk out of the office and I’d add a bed in there !!!
The original floor plan layout of this is exactly that. They modified this version to add a desk instead of bunk beds in the middle room but the same option is available with bunks in the mid room.

Look up the Chaparral 373MBRB. It's exactly this floor plan except the office is another bedroom with 2 beds.

So as far as I can tell the office is actually a bunk room. Looking at the manufacturer’s website they don’t sell one with a dedicated office. So you’d have to pull the bunks out and convert it if you want an office there.

now that is an awesome utilization of space! I hate seeing RV manufacturers making 45+ ft 5th wheels, and they are just regular old rear or front living layouts.

OFFICE!!! Well, imo the office could be designed better. With all the people working remotely, running businesses and traveling full time-you’d think there would be more office options.
I want a small class A or class C with an office and a king size bed. No bunks. Anything like that around? Looking for something for full time living/traveling.

I love the color of the reclining loveseat and wish all the trim was that same color of Gray. Gray and brown do not go together. Also, who would buy an RV that only has a place for two people to sit down and watch television in the living room. I would dump the table and put two more recliners there. Also, why did they not put the second bathroom on the other side of the master bedroom instead of in front of it when there’s another bathroom.

I do like the floor plan but everything seems so cheap. I’d like the layout but I’d want more expensive items included. And if there was a way to have a larger living room area instead of just a two seater sofa. But I love the two rooms. I like the idea of having two bathrooms but I’d like the bathrooms or at least one of them to be less plan like a better shower.
Love love love the size. Almost perfect for what I am looking for- I want to start living in an RV full time by next year. I am starting a travel job this year and will work closer to home but change places around home for this year to save to purchase an RV very similar to this one in size. We have two younger girls that are still home that will be homeschooled while i change job places every 13- 15 weeks- so I will work at the same place for 13 weeks working with 2 weeks off in between. Plan is to get wherever and work the 13 weeks 6-3 then the girls will work on there homeschooling during the week then on the weekend we will go on field trips and explore the area. Once my 13 is up I will take one week to checkout anything and relax. Then choose a new place to work 13 weeks but have one week to set up and prepare to work at the new place. I really just can wait to get started and my girls are very excited to start the new chapter and so am I. I wish I had the RV right now so I could go now. The best part about this is that I or we as a family will get to choose where we want to live every 13 /15 weeks. We can choose San Francisco first then go to New York and down to Washington. Also my oldest daughter is considering moving to Texas with her husband and my granddaughter so we can choose to take a spot near her and I can see my granddaughter all the time, or go hang out with my son while he is in college and help him out. Plus if they ever want to go on vacation they can just come wherever we are. I pray this all falls into place very very very very soon.so I can use all the prayers I can get- make it rain prayers please 🙏🏼 thank you so very much ❤

I am going to need to travel for work and I am learning how to do website design which is nice so wherever I go I can do my work as long as I have good wifi does anyone know a good source for having like the best wifi options? I do not care if it cost me extra money I just need a absolutely good wifi setup. I may never want to go home if I can find a good park live there forever lol this look's so comfortable.
