In this video, I give you a quick overview of the brand TFT Display on the Honda CB650R (2024). Like written in the video - the Honda RoadSync is not available in my region, so I can't demonstrate every feature.

The screen is clear yes, and that’s very important, but design wise it looks like an 80s website. I own the 2022 model and honestly happier with that screen. Thanks for showing it.

I cannot see any temp gauge at the main screen? Is it not there?
I think its not there. I got my cb650r yesterday and havent found it yet. Very sad :/
@Xam1459 yeah that's so disappointing to be honest. I also have a 24cbr and still no way to see temp on the main page
@@papajim93 Just a disgrace. You want to keep an eye on it in slow traffic/hot weather. It's the first indicator of malfunction of the fan. On my cbr600F it kicks in at 103°C. Or should.
You can see the temperature in the menu/ maintance/ water temperature. If you are in a red light or something at 0 kph you can take a look. It is sucks that is not in the main screen
No coolant temperature indicator on the main screen? WTH Honda ?

É meglio la vecchia strumentazione dove vedevi subito la temperatura dell acqua invece in questo nuovo devi andare a cercarla con il mouse che in marcia non è consigliabile…io ho una Cb 650 r del 2021 che non cambio assolutamente con quella nuova troppo complicata nella strumentazione

its always visible, i use automatic, white during the day and black during the night :)

Is there an information panel that shows engine temperature?
I see celsius or Fahrenheit on setting
Can you help me? I cant change my fuel gauge from fuel range to fuel bar. It looks like its lock even the speed

@@chickenmango1489 lol just turn up the brightness xD in a full face helmet with dark tinted visor I could see it in summer daylight ...
Can I use my navigation system if I connect my phone, like with apple CarPlay?

I have the 19 model.is it possible to fit that screen to it?
I've just purchased my 24 CB125R after my 2018 model had to be scrapped. Do you know if the road sync works for the CB125R? I'm in the UK, and I've just downloaded the app, but I can only see the CB1000R in the small 8-bike list.

Thank you, so, no riding modes… is the throttle cable actuated ,as the old one, or electronic? Does it have tracrion control?
No riding modes. The throttle is still cable actuated and yes it does have TC, same as the old one. TBH I kinda think the old one is better. The dash looks cooler and smaller, the tail looked tougher and the new design of the air intakes where they are half silver and half black looks dumb. The only think that looks better on the new one is the updated switchgear but even then the old one looks and works fine.
Is it posible to change the favorite switch? If so, how?

At the start when you turn on the bike it displayed a red oil warning light that disappeared when you started it up

Yes sir! That is normal on every newer Honda model :)

That's quite normal, since this light is warning you about oil pressure. When you start the bike, pressure builds up and warning light goes off.
Is it possible to connect the bike to your smartphone? In order to have navigations be shown on the display?
They have an app. Unfortunately not available in all regions. You have to make a separate account in a supported App Store. The navigation system they offer is very very basic. Not really worth using.

The screen scratches very very easy. Mine came already scratched from the factory. Also, after 2 months of use, it shows bleeding on the edges. :/
Its crazy how fast you scratch it. I scratched it the first week then got the protective foil.

You have to go in settings in order to see it. But you cannot add it to the main screen.

本质上差别不大，但是很漂亮
They completely lost me with the new display.
Looks like they mounted an Ipad to the front of the bike compared to the sleek previous version, TFT or no - new one is out of sync with the lines of the bike 🤮

The 2024 cbr600rr had a physical rpm gage and it looks way better tbh
Honda just refuses to make the perfect bike and add cruise control
Such a beautiful machine ruined by lack of ride by wire tech, riding modes and front fork adjustability.
