Old Bay is awesome! Great to add Old Bay to bread crumbs when you have fish that is very bland in flavor, makes it a tasty spicy fried fish! Pouring that butter sauce at the end I literally got a food high right away. Cool video! 👍😋
The seasoning in the water sinks to the bottom, so you can't see it coming out but it's full of flavour! You can then add extra seasoning to your butter 😊

For how long did you cooked the seafood?
I know u put seasoning on it but when it came out it looked dry like you didn’t put non n there so I’ll do a whole cup instead of a half

how come the lobster tail isn't poisonous? i thought they had to cook alive?
As long as the lobster is alive while being processed, then cooked or frozen right after it is safe. These lobster tails I used were purchased frozen.
